Please help me in welcoming and thanking MadHatter as the new IP Team Lead!

This isn't an easy job so I'll be working as advisor and support for as long as he needs me for a smooth transition.

Yes, thanks Kit for leading IP, It's been really good so far - and very much good luck to Mad Hatter in starting in the role - there is so much great content being produced in the IP threads - keeping track of it all seems a mammoth task to me! Well done!
