Meditation:
Make it a habit of observing what you are thinking and how you put your thoughts into words. What language do you use , what words?
Is this how i want others to see me Is this what I want to create?
This very simple excersise/contemplation is the foundation of spiritual growth and work.

The ideal posture for meditation has three essential characteristics: it’s stable, it’s straight and it’s comfortable. For that purpose, finding the ideal meditation cushion, chair or bench for your unique body type is an important part of your practice.
There are so many different products out there – meditation cushions, meditation chairs, stools, pillows, mats, zafus, zabutons, etc. So you might be confused which one to choose. This article will guide you through the world of meditation seats, explaining what each one of them is for, and helping you find the ideal one for you.

As long as you sit upright, it really doesn‘t matter much - I can do a half lotus but since I‘ve had back surgery before it hurts too much after a short while.

glad you are in my direct path of Jedi ism. This seems to be a great way to tame the old man the dragon the beast inside the dark dog the snake in my garden... myself my ego, we got names for days and yet the one name I can think of with all these labels is... me. Thank you . Frequency is part of receiving that which we choose to act. !!! May I be more frequent at this , let's begin! * news to his student with a smile , I leave in peace and with hope.

It’s not that simple.

I just wasn’t brought up the “I love you” way - it’s not something that’s often said that way in my country, as the language for it is lacking in Swiss German. It’s reserved for romantic love. Doesn’t mean my parents weren’t affectionate and since I speak English with my own kids I say that a lot to them. But it’s awkward to direct it towards myself so I don’t do it.

Being a Jedi is not simple , it begins with self love , if you dont love yourself , how can you love others? A Jedi takes care of himself , aware that when he loves himself he will not be trapped in self pity when others dont love him.
You are worth it ....
