Hello all,
Well I've set aside time for myself to post about twice a month and as I was preparing my thread I decided to read some news. It seems the death toll in Myanmar has reached above the 22,000 mark. Instead of a new thread I humbly ask all of my brothers and sisters here and at our sister site as well to take a moment out of your busy days and keep those lost and those suffering in Yangon in your thoughts and prayers today. At 3 PM est I'll be having a minute of silence for the departed with a meditation to follow. If you are free I encourage you to join me in this.
