6 Minutes. Reminds me of a ball- the faster you throw it at a wall the faster and with more force it comes back, heh. The more you give into life, you the more you get out of it right?

And here's another I'm listening to currently about death and being reborn. 10 minutes. Who are you? Would you exist if your mother had married another man? Is death the end? These are the sort of questions he asks and have fun exploring.

Have a nice lunch (That's what I'm up to now, :) )

Time taken to read- 2 minutes? Not so much a youtube video as a review by Shane Parrish (FarnamStreetBlog)-

Just a quick review of one of Watt's books- pretty interesting and from the quotes used seems very relevant and interesting to us today...

A Cause of Social Anxiety (8:28)

It seems that I know that I know.
What I would like to see is the 'I' that knows me when I know that I know that I know.

Did some exercise this morning and then while making a nice shake and taking a shower I listened to some Watts- good stuff, :)

The Less You Control Someone, The More Alive They Seem

Most memorable phrase was something along the lines of "The pursuit of pleasure to it's extreme leads to hell"

Facing your shadow.

Most memorable phrase for this one: "...when you get an idea like this: follow it [the idea thinking that you are selfish for example] to its extreme. Confusion largely results from not following ideas to their full depth."

Enjoy, :)
