But anyway; would be great to hear from people here in this thread if someone tries out either the program as a whole, different aspects of it, or implements some of its elements in their own training regime! :)

Or if someone would have their own reflections and experience about strength training over all :)

Or just wants to nerd about training theory in general ;)

In other words; ALL contributions in this thread are very welcome, so the subject doesn't have to be exclusively about either Stronglifts or even 5x5-training at all! :D

So it's just for everyone to contribute with whatever strength training topic you want to talk about! :)

But do remember to ask if any questions regarding the Stronglifts 5x5-routine!

I've followed this routine for almost two years now (like earlier mentioned), and have read and reflected much around it, so hopefully I can help explain whatever stuff people may have questions with :)
