Eating a Raw food diet to lose weight...to feel healthier and more vibration?
however, that being set aside I have also been contemplating becoming a vegan as well. I struggle with the fact of not eating mean being I have eaten it all my life. But, I have become more and more aware of the chemicals and preservatives that are put in our food and I don't like that. I have been watching alot of Ralph Smart Infinite Waters and really do enjoy a lot of what he says. Aside, from my thoughts is there anyone here that is a Vegan or is on a raw food diet? Any thoughts? I Also, have heard that eating a raw foods diet also can increase your vibrations and increase your third eye.

As for vibrations, I'll put it like this: If a new diet you elected makes your body literally shake more than it used to, please, please, do return to the former. If by vibrations you mean something other than mechanical oscillations then I feel insufficiently qualified to give any advice on the matter until I am at least directed to a dedicated woo glossary explaining what you are even talking about.
Generally speaking, if you have concerns about your health either as it is or as you wish to mold it to be, I highly recommend consulting with a trained expert on matters of health. If your question is too specific for your family physician to feel comfortable addressing it, I have no doubt they will direct you to a more qualified specialist in the field your question pertains to.

I disagree, more less I have been drinking more water (a gallon a day), working out, drinking protein shakes, eating lean meat (Chicken prepared myself), salads...
I believe they call that "cutting" in the biz...
Gist's reasonably sensible advice of "see a professional" aside, here's some thoughts from someone you've never met! You can trust me, I'm from the internet!
If your reasons for going Vegan are because of not knowing what is in the food you are buying, perhaps there is a simpler option of make connections with farmers and hunters? - You may be able to acquire more "natural" meats (and dairy) if you simply don't trust larger producers. Many vegetables (climate permitting) can be grown locally, as well as things such as eggs.
If you live somewhere where certain things are not local, and can't be had without preservatives and chemicals - then they're probably the things to get cut from your diet.

As far as raw foods I have been wondering if anyone else here is attempting or is a vegan in totjo and some healthy tips on how it started. Recently, I have been slowly incorprating it into my diet I didn't think going cold turkey would be wise for my system. So I am adding more veggies and fruits into my diet rather than unhealthy things (ex: sodas and candy, ect.) Until, I have built myself up where I don't need that anymore just like I have been slowly working up to my workouts everyday and have been seeing great results...I am not sure if I just repeated myself or not but maybe this makes things more clear?

Oh, well, if you're just talking about eating fresh("") fruit and veges, meat-that-still-looks-like-meat and drinking water instead of softies, then I've been doing that for decades, and I'm still alive, so I'm sure its fine.
If you change suddenly from a diet of, well, crap, you'll feel funny for about 2 weeks at worst (by "feel funny" I mean "poop funny" )
International site makes it hard to tell where everyone's food knowledge and cultural expectations of food sits.
I don't know if you're talking hardline "only organic food that I've known from seed and used spring water to water and sang mozart to" or "home cooked meals instead of *local fast food joint*"
I personally only eat meat from vegetarian animals*
*that's a lie, I eat predators too, but it's a good funny line.
