I'm have just begun the initiate program, and on task 1, I could easily find the definitions of each rank, but not their responsabilities. Can anyone give some directions about that? Thank you for any help!
Under each rank, there is a "read more" link that leads you to what the responsibilities of each rank/office is. As an example, here is the page for Synod:
