I uploaded a pic for my avatar but it did not take. I see it in my news feed but it is not showing in my posts or even on my profile page.

Any advice would be appreciated

Thank you so much. I used the third way to do it and it did Not work or me.

As you can see I did get it to work with the first way in the help guide.
