Morality: To know the danger of belief.
A Jedi knows how contradicting beliefs of what is right and wrong can lead to devastating crimes and conflicts. A Jedi takes a step away from the subjectivity of opinion in favor of the peace of objectivity. A Jedi does not force their values upon others.
Good morning Jedi and Temple of the Jedi Order
What a busy week that has passed and what a week we will have this week
I will not lie, last week was full
I am talking full, full like every day something
life will find a way to get your attention
Morality: To know the danger of belief.
A Jedi knows how contradicting beliefs of what is right and wrong can lead to devastating crimes and conflicts. A Jedi takes a step away from the subjectivity of opinion in favor of the peace of objectivity. A Jedi does not force their values upon others.
A Jedi does not force their values upon others (edited)
What does that mean to you?
There are so many times ZEAL can get us fluffed up
Zeal is a strong and potent flow we have.
There is a great energy or pursuit involved when we discover and find things out on our own. There is a level of validation that's so very nice when it is found its almost peaceful.
Discovery is awesome.
Development, human development is so sweet.
We as humans, if we are giving attention can track it via journal or log.
Something happens when we learn as humans - we get excited or enthusiastic or even just flat out happy
To be called Zealous is a much larger thing than just being called a fan. Zeal has more than just one emotion attached to it
To be a zealot can be a dangerous thing.
Blind anything can be manipulated.
ZEAL CAN BE MANIPULATED easily
So ... what does that have to do with anything?
Our Zeal is a driving force.
There is no two ways about it.
Novice Bru-He WiEph —
Morning all, may the Force be with us all today
If some one ignited their own "fire" inside their MIND BODY and SPIRIT - humans are three parts-
Zeal is most likely what's running the show
Where your heart mind and spirit are, that is where your really at and that's where your focus lies. (edited)
Our morality is our set of rules (edited)
What we truly act like
What's inside inside
We are given a reminder as Jedi
Contradicting beliefs can get ya in trouble.
crimes and conflict
There was a meeting of great preachers teachers and priest pastors the whole nine yards...
The Dalai Lama spoke up and said it is a privilege to join you all as we are all on the same path.
There was a priest who spoke up and said something to the tune of we are not the same and left.
Our interpretation and intent can be seen by our actions and choices sometime.
by our words most time (edited)
most people will not agree on the definition or the use of morality (edited)
why is that do you think?
What keeps everyone so separated so much?
Anakin had the same problem in the beginning of his Jedi training
Can morals grow? Can morals be shared and changed? (edited)
Subjectivity can get ya.
Thinking you are the only one, will get you.
How do humans force their values on one another?
How does a Jedi force their beliefs on others ... (edited)
because it happens every day
This week, just a reminder that subjectivity can become too ...SOLO
I know when I learn something new, It feels like I am on fire.
like Katniss Everdeen in a fake fire dress.
My own Zeal says..."Why doesn't everyone else know this?"
Look at this new thing I got (edited)
Anakin states a few time about others ... should be made to..
" People dont always agree.... then they should be made to .."
Is that the Jedi way?
??
Should others be MADE to do things even if they are what we think is right? (edited)
Where did the Jedi get THAT ?
Guest Logan_Laser Castle — Today at 6:23 AM
Free Choice?
It's human
ahhhhh!!!
free choice
Free will
*Enters "free will" into the scene
The human potential is amazing (edited)
In it, If it is in the realm of human possibility, it can be done.
Every area of scope in life could very much rise to the occasion and become something new or we could ravage everything to oblivion (edited)
That is a huge scale of potential some days
So, this week I would like to remind those Jedi who choose to ...
Know which contradictions are common.
Take a step ...back
One of the most powerful things I have found in my own path is the abilities and secrets of stepping back.
Letting go of the responsibility I think I have and adding others in a way that isnt Zealous
How do I care, without lord-ing or force-ing others?
How do I have morals and standards and not a Jedi Jerk...
There are Jedi jerks out there friends and I have to admit- I can be that at times as well.
If we are human, then there are human obstacles as well.
Morality and our own morality can be a very vast or as precise as we like.
As in life, our level of involvement can be up to us every day.
Belief is dangerous because it can so easily be... shaded or mis-shared or even just flat out lied to.
Check what you hold dear and close.
Check your own morals and see if they line up to what you choose.
Check your own Doctrine and Philosophy
Do you preach it?
Are we the only ones who have some form of good news?
Is there only one group of humans who have one basic truth, nope.
Our interpretations can yield intention.
Be wary of your intentions Jedi
Thats .. the bread and butter
Did you wake up today to just let some one know they are wrong?
It does happen even to this guy
I get haughty or even Zealous
Oh, Jedi- my Zeal gets full
I can very easily get full of myself quick.
...and stay there
We can be a part of the Force
not a part of OUR Force
Our Force stinks
lol
When we Force our beliefs on others, it isnt the Force we know that binds everything - its us.
Just so you know
So whos in charge today ?
Who's in charge of the Ebb and the Flow of the Force ?
NOT IT!
not me friend and Jedi
and I try to remind myself of this as well
A Jedi does not force their values on others ...
intentions can reveal much to a Jedi- If you like, ask, why do I do that? (edited)
Today is our own morals and our own Sides we pick. Are we full of potential energy and wavering faithfulness.
Does it build up inside and bleed out?
Thats most likely zeal.
We get it in the beginning in volumes we can't understand.
The more time we take with "us," the more we can create something new.
Be careful
Where your heart - treasures- or mind is
That's your focus
That may not be other people's focus, certainly not at this time, in their path as well.
Ever think that the things we find out are so wonderful and valid that everyone must know?
I have to tell every one
I will scream it from the mountain to
that's zeal
it needs time
develop it
grow it
there are dangers to it and to belief (edited)
There ARE dangers to believing and believing blindly
When we first begin life- there can be an elementary level or a beginner level of ideas out there
Paying attention to our own morality and how we use it can be one of those "cheats" in life to keep growing and developing
Blindly , anything can lead to danger and discord
Especially our own Zeal and Morality
Take some time to line up
Take some time to read over your own doctrine
Ours remind us we can get to big fro our own bubbles
we can crush others by thinking we are helping
we can shine a light far too bright no one will ever see anything
There can be so much, and things can taste so good- you lose the flavor
You can speak too loud and no one will hear you
You can act all alone and no one will care
What then ?
When all our efforts seem to be null and void ....
Return
check yourself
Morality: To know the danger of belief.
A Jedi knows how contradicting beliefs of what is right and wrong can lead to devastating crimes and conflicts. A Jedi takes a step away from the subjectivity of opinion in favour of the peace of objectivity. A Jedi does not force their values upon others.
It is my hope that this time can help develop your Jedi in ways you can let go
What we think " Jedi " is can get in the way, it does me often, so I want to encourage others who are on the same path, return to your doctrine. Return to your philosophy. Let others do the same, grant them the liberty which you have been given. See if that does not change the Ebb and Flow of things (edited)

A Jedi knows the conflicting nature of the Force but they also know its peace and serenity. A Jedi never blindly enters conflict and always does so for the greater good.
Good morning, Jedi everywhere.
May the Force be with you from wherever you hail today.
Today's little Monday reminder is this one. Conflict
Life is full of conflict.
Conflict can be a part of things and a part of understanding.
But to know when ...WHEN
WHEN do we act or defend or fight?
Which fight do we fight?
What causes do we defend?
The word BLINDLY comes up again.
Blind anything can be dangerous.
but blind conflict can make a mess.
anything we fight or fill full of ZEAL can be potentially dangerous, but blindly, anything is dangerous.
Driving a car isnt as dangerous as the potential as doing it without seeing.
So to can be said with life.
[6:02 AM]
Anything blindly can be easily manipulated or swayed.
So as warriors and Knights and Jedi - what DO WE FIGHT? (edited)
There is a focus called the greater good
I would liek to remind Jedi of the greater good
What qualified as the greater good? (edited)
Each of us can define the greater good.
The answer may have a "sway" in it but for the most part, that which is best for others is the general consensus. (edited)
One of the things that we ALL understand is the selfless path.
When we become concerned with the need of others than ones own is considered NOT SELFISH
but that a think line as well
We can become to haughty or too fixated.
So, the reminder is that in all this, in everything we do, we are people.
There are 8 billion BILLION others on our planet today.
There will be conflict.
That is human nature and if you have a bunch of humans around you will have human problems every time.
Conflict is human.
Do you honestly think all these people will sync?
Truth is we all do eventually "sync" and at several times in our own paths.
But in this process- conflict also happens
If you ask a Jedi what the Force is, you will never get a cookie cutter answer..
You will not get the same answer ever. They will all mirror or reflect many and even may have parts similar to that of someone else description...but it is what we are describing inside on the outside.
When we describe the Force, it will differ from other descriptions and uses and availability.
Even our descriptions of the same thing differ.
So why the conflict?
Conflict comes with understanding as well, call it the school of hard knocks but you WILL find or figure out a few things when conflict arises as well.
Life is conflicting and, in the Force, - all can dwell with it. (edited)
All do
The Force binds every living thing
But it rarely ask for credit, cited, quoted or even given a a by line in our reflection's.
The conflict can come when we want credit
In life there is peace and serenity
we can have a active balance of harmony Jedi
We can have a active balance of anything (edited)
This week I do hope it is the ability to understand conflict is a part of things (edited)
Life can seem conflicting.
But I do hope we have a selfless path or at minimum a idea of what the greater good can be.
We can get stuck on things.
I know I can (edited)
So the ideas today Jedi is to un - lodge yourself.
Conflict can get ya stuck.
Remember Jedi- it can be up to us to make decisions on what to adjust and which relationship need our time and efforts today.
Reflect
Talk to yourself and answer the questions you have for you, inside.
Where's the conflict and why is that?
Conflict can take your attention in a matter of seconds, micro seconds and make you froget everything...
EVERYTHING
The presence of conflict takes getting used to as well
What in our paths cause conflict?
Give ideas like this time
See what you find.
Know when to fight
Know when conflict is heathy and when its not
There are some battles. fights, conflicts that arise and...
some...
are worth the tiem and effort
some will not be
It is my hope that as we grow and share together like this, we continue to keep the focus of Jedi (edited)
There IS a greater good and a selfless path we all find ourself on with each other.
Some days it matters not where the credit or who started things goes.
Some days it matters not who said it or who gets credit.
It is nice to be cited properly
It is good to cite properly
Blind anything is easily manipulated
Blind conflict is one of those things
know what you stand for and defend and fight for
There will be conflict (edited)
opposition happens.
No one is picking on you
Life has a way of reminding us of conflict (edited)
That's all
As Jedi, we can understand that conflict is natural.
Conflict: To know when to fight.
A Jedi knows the conflicting nature of the Force, but they also know its peace and serenity. A Jedi never blindly enters conflict and always does so for the greater good.

May the Force be with y'all no matter the place you are today or later!
May there be an extra blessing in the seeking of the Force for you.
Today's meditation is the Maxim of Intervention.
Intervention
"To know when *not* to act"
I will share this with this circle of friends... There came a time in my own Jedi path when I realized, the selfless is a way to help others stand on their own two feet.
There is a secret to removing us from the equation.
There is an Eastern idea that has been around for dynasties. (edited)
Dynasties
This is where the Sinology comes from
The act of non-action or inaction
Sinologist Jean François Billeter describes Wu-Wei as a "state of perfect knowledge of the reality of the situation...", perfect.
How do Jedi do this? Is there a balance- a healthy balance that can be had?
Philosopher Alan Watts believed that Wu Wei can best be described as "not-forcing." Watts also understood Wu Wei as “the art of getting out of one’s own way” and offered the following illustration: “The river is not pushed from behind, nor is it pulled from ahead. It falls with gravity.”
Now, I was not, I repeat, I was not brought up to think this way. (edited)
Later in life, I did, find this idea.
The application of getting out of one's way was foreign to me.
The application of ridding the situation of me was exactly the opposite of how I had been taught and Wu-Wei was the furthest from how the streets and my own circles raised me.
I still take time today to understand when things are needed and when things are not in need of me.
Every day is different.
The present matters and what and how we act at this present moment is what lives in the minds and the hearts of each of us when we part.
I will share this.
There are times others do not need a Pastor present.
There are times others do not need words. (edited)
Some days being present is a gift.
The more time you spend in the present, the less you may be worried about "what if" and the more time you can notice the ebb and the flow of things.
Most times I think the sky is falling on me or there is some sinister plot out to get me
One of the reliefs, or the combats to this is "Wu Wei" or
"The art of letting go".
It is said in many circles, "the tighter we hold to things, the less we have".
Who holds the requirements for each Jedi? (edited)
Who or what "LORDS" over Jedi?
No one
The word and idea "Lords" is a good one for Jedi to keep in their minds.
Who gives us our charge?
We know.... that these things can have a great impact on anyone.
It is part of the human potential we all share equally. (edited)
and if it binds, I am inclined to say it is a part of the Force.
What binds us is part of the Force
It is the Force
When we figure it out for ourselves - we validate it. No one will ever take that away from us.
Where you seek it is more likely where you will find it
The old phrase still stands today.
"Seek and you will find."
* More likely it may not be the thing you directly seek but you will find something if you look.
I promise you, if when you make the effort- something will meet you wherever you cultivate and take the time for it.
Every time
So, when we are reminded that we know when to and when not to get involved ....
This comes from wisdom. The school of hard knocks or just messing things up
trying and failing
learning
practicing
Your gunna muddle thing in the beginning
that's ok too
That's part of the experience of life.
When does anyone master anything the first try? Human beings?
Thats definitely not the way we work as humans.
The art or effort of removing oneself can take practice and even a mentor or two.
We are reminded that when we take a victory or the credit for things in life - we may take it from others.
Humans have a keenness to one and only one path of thought. It takes practice to break this single-minded practice. It takes much more effort to rid yourself of your own path.
Can we as Jedi, let others win without us? We can let them lose without us on a dime. We can take credit almost immediately but lay blame just as fast.
Can the world win without us, yes.
It does
everyday
We hold nothing new or special as Jedi.
but we do remind one another and mainly ourselves that these are the things we hope and strive for.
It is my hope, we as Jedi know our place in our own paths.
"I am a Jedi - I have all the answers to everything" or "I'm a jedi minister, my word is law..." that is not how we do things here.
"Join me and I will complete your training" (edited)
Can you believe I have been told this very statement at least 3 times in my Jedi life.
People really say that.
Made me wanna scream "Super- villain"
Just point
JokingJedi
Member Tx_druid — Today at 6:37 AM
Sounds like sith talk
lol
but see, in jest- we have the tools to recognize (edited)
*I am an old fighter and I do have meaty hands so please forgive the typos and misspellings initially, these are always LIVE
Intervention: To know when not to act.
"A Jedi knows how inaction can have as great an impact as action and how some of the greatest lessons are self-taught. To be a victor is also taking that victory from those you protect. A Jedi intervenes only when a Jedi's intervention is required."
It is the bind of the Force that we can recognize and even the ebb and flow of things.
Realize Jedi - there is no great conspiracy- no one's after you. No Force is trying to keep you. No one lords over a Jedi. Is that true? What Lords over you? (edited)
Who tells a Jedi when to intervene and when not to? That's up to you
So it is my hope that this Monday, we are remined of a few things.
With or without the Jedi, this world will go on.
I choose to be Jedi.
I remind myself often of my commitments and choices.
It takes actual application to find actual understanding.
...to see what's actually going on.
We are the ones who "wield" the Saber. We are where our own honor lies.
Who requires anything from you Jedi ...something to think about this week?
Question comments concerns ...? Party invitations?
I will be here on Discord all day as is the custom. Feel free to hit me up today or any day here.
May the Force be with y'all

As Pastor of the Jedi, I have the privilege of working hand in hand with Jedi. One of the themes I see frequently is " I just don't have the time for it." It being anything to do with Jedi or another NEW thing.
Today let us take some time for...
Time
Time management is a very key element to a Jedi.
Good morning, everyone, wherever you may be.
Today's subject for meditation can be as easy or as pesky as time.
Time management
No one can manage time itself as time is a human construct,
but, what we CAN manage is the events and the relationship we have with time.
We only get 24 hours
1140 minutes
86,400 seconds
A day
How we use time can depend on our own skills learned, self-analysis, planning, evaluation, and self-control.
So, why does it seem like we always have need of more blanket or more spoons than we are currently holding?
I give you 6 ideas that can help anyone and any Jedi
Now - a - days, you will find many people selling this or that and if you look hard enough on the internet, you will find every self-help idea and website and even a few how to manage my time better "lectures and classes."
Time management aid, in my own opinion, should be free to one another.
So, here's about a thousand dollars' worth of advice... for freeeeeeeee
What is your actual plan?
What and how does your day actually go?
Most of us can just write our schedules down somewhere.
What are your actual habits and practices??? What does your present time schedule look like?
One key to helping manage time better is identifying the reality of our time. Where does it actually go?
How do we actually use it?
When we begin- identify what is present and what type of schedule you actually have.
Just identify.
I have to be here - I have to make this- I must do this and that ... just a list no feelings or emotions just identification.
Now that you can do this, find where your time is idle.
Where are the moments you find yourself IDLE ?
Where are the moments your mental engine or time goes idle?
Idle
not working or active; unemployed; doing nothing. 2. not filled with activity: idle hours. 3. not in use or operation: idle machinery. 4. habitually doing nothing or avoiding work; lazy. 5. of no real worth, importance, or purpose: idle talk.
This idea is to find where your time is slipping away from you... find the holes in your bucket.
Find the idle time and then give yourself 18 minutes a day to do something "chosen" at any chosen time of your choosing. Get up earlier or take a few more moments at night before you go to bed. If you can not do that, chunk it in the day or around it, wherever it can fit, but make the attempt to have the time to do something intentional for 18 minutes a day. Give that time to something.
Trade
18 minutes a day for a year will make you more proficient at anything you choose to pay attention to for that amount of time.
Even if its 18 minutes of nothing.
Wake earlier or trade chaos for calm.
Rest is best.
Let me tell you Jedi,
rest is what most of the time we need, not sleep.
The quality of sleep matters Jedi,
it does.
We know.
" Rest involves your whole being, not just your body. With complete and regular rest, you will restore your health, enhance your performance and achieve an amazing sense of wellness."
The best way to establish rest is to ....
START A ROUTINE
Modern psychology states it is essential for structure and habits to be reviewed and made for better understanding.
It is good to make schedules.
We can make too many or not enough some days.
So, a balance to what we do, can always be had.
Even time management.
The quality of our sleep can be the direct result of the quality of our day.
It really can be that close.
I know it is for this Jedi.
We as humans function better when we are rested.
As you review and reflect on your day, map where you rest as well ....
Some of us don't take a break, ever.
I know I had to un lean a few things and being tired was as some badge of merit we think we need.
"Look at these bag or this evidence of how much I care."
If we work hard, we play hard.
We also need to rest hard.
Now, this next one is called "phone a friend"
Outsourcing can be a AID or a crutch depending on how it is used.
What can be done by someone else??
There is a certain "pride" that comes with this
Its the type of pride that comes before the proverbial "fall "
The big letdown is when we think we can not do it all.
We can not do it all.
No one person will ever DO IT ALL friends and Jedi.
That idea is for the birds.
As we live and as we learn and grow, we can find that we do take a few things on that other people can do or that can be done without our DIRECT contact.
" Things happen without our consent often."
To think the world revolves around little old us, is silly.
It is very egotistical.
Yet, this is how we are at moments with our own time.
Let a few things go, from your list ...
Give them to other people or just ... rearrange them in order of importance and significance.
You and only you will know where things are significant or not.
Give things different value.
Triage your time.
This is where we get our next recommendation ...
Two birds
Place things that can be done- together
Put things of identical ideas or efforts together.
Kill two birds with one stone,
or stone two birds with the same rock
Sync
Think but make a few things sync for time's sake.
This takes some practice and actual trying in real life.
So, here is the road where I tell you this one,you must fail a few times for sure. You may even be late a few times till you find your stride.
You will have to find out what DOES NOT work in this time frame to understand what will.
Mix and match.
but find a combination that can AID your time management.
Lastly - let go of everything else.
It is most likely not as important as you though if its not at the front of the line of things you need to do.
Let those things fade.
Cut out or leave what is not important at the moment for another time.
Reschedule that particular idea or ideas but stay focused on the task at hand.
1- Map out your time- reflect on time management and your own time- your actual schedule and time
2 -Identify the idle - find where time slips away needlessly
3 -Rest is best - find or create rest - know the difference
4-Outsource - You are never alone
5- Two birds- only one stone ... Do things together if you can or group time for better use.
6 -Keep what you need - know what you need and what you can carry- let everything else go.
What say you Jedi?
Please Please Please If you ever think you need one, take a time management class or view a time management lecture. Ask those who you think have this specific type of skill how they got it. This is how it works. There is never a definitive answer for anything we do here. The Temple of the Jedi Order will never state " Thou shalt do this or else..." Thats not the gig. The idea is to create a type of flow that asks and aids each of us to edify and help develop what it is to be a Jedi and human in the ordinary world.

It is said "Spirituality is a personal experience that creates a system of personal beliefs when searching for the meaning of life. "
Here we go Jedi.
Thank y'all for showing up and for reading and taking time for this today.
May the Force be with you?
Good morning, Jedi everywhere.
Today is Monday and I hope this week is ready and waiting for you?
Today we get to chat about spirituality.
As Jedi and as a Jedi Minister- I find myself in a odd place
Each individual thinks spirituality is different for them.
There are a few different types, and it is my hope that as we share this time, they can help you realize how and why we do what it is we do as Jedi and as HUMANS
For those who may not know, there is a Mystical Spirituality out there (edited)
This is often the belief that everything can be joined or unified under something greater.
In humanity, we also have a Authoritive type spirituality.
This one comes from our choice beliefs in religion and organizations.
An Intellectual spirituality is the type of spirituality that has to deal with what you know or what is considered knowledge.
Then we have a Service spirituality which can be a spiritual path of serving your fellow human
Then we can have a social spirituality.
Being a part of these groups and more than one, can be a way to experience this.
Now, I am no mental doctor nor am I a psychiatrist.
I am human and a Pastor of the Temple of the Jedi Order
I chat and talk and share with other Jedi.
One of our returns can be our own spirituality.
But what is it or how do we practice and identify it?
Where do we find it?
As a Pastor of the Jedi - you all ---Y'ALL have so many different ways about y'all
Some of you all are very MYSTIC.
Some of you are very Authoritive in your spirituality.
Most Jedi are very intellectual when it comes to their own spirituality.
Many people and Jedi serve one another.
Many are very social in their spiritualism.
It's the experience for some to be a part.
I would hope that today we have a bit more understanding of our own path.
I would hope that we can understand our own self.
Take the time this week to figure out if you do not know already how... or what type of spirituality you practice or what is the mix of it?
When it comes to your own spirituality are you Mystical - Authoritarian - Intellectual -Service -Social-? What is your mix?
Where do you find your system of personal beliefs and your meaning of life?
Here are a few ways to "stir the pot" or turn on the "seek" light and begin understanding and experiencing things for yourself.
Find it - knowledge.
Reflect
Find out.
Validate
Seek thee out what you are looking for.
Know what you're looking for.
Study
read
In our seek or in our study, we can find out many things.
In the complexity of choice, we can find too much.
So, if you know more or less a general idea of what you seek, it can help.
Pick a path or a few but not all of them.
Make devotion your choice.
Choose your beginnings or pick a point to begin.
Meditate
Think
DO IT
The idea is calmness when meditation is used.
Pick a path of service if you like.
Expect nothing in return. Thats where things turn different.
Thats usually the secret
Not finally but please understand that in the end - this takes energy and understanding.
Returning to our own spirituality takes much effort. Take breaks and let a few things go when you do.
It helps to be able to identify a few things in our own paths, OUR OWN TYPE OF SPIRITUALITY is key to knowing how we function (edited)
There is never a definitive answer and please know that if you ever need a mental health professional, seek one out. I have taken therapy and I am better for it.
Our own spirituality can aid us in our own finding of our own wellbeing.
It can connect you to yourself - the present moment and to that which is sacred to us.
IF- that's your goal or one of your own focus's ... then I encourage you to take some time for your own spirituality as you would anything else
It is worth it.
Know that like any hero, we can be complex and a mix of many ideas present. What are they Jedi?
Where does your spirituality come from? Do you know? Well now, you can.
I hope you spend much more time with yourself this week.
Only you know your limits and what you are and how you are.
It is my hope that we remind each other of our own choices and our own focus's.
You as a human, are a few parts, work on them all and give them the time they could use.
May the Force be with you all, wherever you may be today.

I would like to teach the world the purpose for a metaphor.
A metaphor is said to "persuade far better than literal language."
A metaphor is a way to describe something that is NOT literal.
Metaphor ready....
"Let the past die, kill it if you have to" -Kylo Ren
These statements are meant to bring feeling and emotions to light.
In cinema, it is color, intention, and mood that set tones for scenes.
A metaphor is we are like Luke.
We are like Kylo.
We are like Vader.
We are never these characters
Just a comparison
but what are we comparing?
The fact that Luke and Kylo and Vader and Obie are human, are one of the things we can obviously see we all share.
We compare the human potential to life.
As humans, we all go through human development.
We all feel the same things in one way shape or form.
Here is what I mean.
Luke felt lost.
Luke, he had no direction.
It was not until his ENTIRE timeline caught up with him that he had time to realize what was going on, even when he was in charge of the Temple he created.
We get confused at times - just like a typical human.
Metaphors can communicate feelings.
Some mornings I just don't know.
I am human (edited)
How we feel can be described.
Most times we use a metaphor (edited)
Metaphors can convey complex ideas in a few words.
I have cold feet (edited)
I don't have cold feet
I am scared to the point of non-action
Metaphors can help us or... keep us in an odd or confused state (edited)
a sustained or extended metaphor can span over several sentences or phrases.
Example: He said, "I hit like a brick house. Each hit was like a bag of bricks tossed in my direction. The wake of chaos was like rubble in a storm".
I don't have bricks or a storm present, It is "LIKE " but it is not
Implied metaphors are more subtle.
I am like a cupcake so you would say I am cute and fluffy (edited)
It's implied
Dead metaphors are those that are TOO familiar -almost cliche.
red tape
tie up loose ends
There are mixed metaphors as well.
I am going to click and paste this one ...
" A “mixed” metaphor combines elements of multiple metaphors into a single unit, often with awkward or hilarious results"
Catachresis is the formal term for mixed metaphors, and some writers use them intentionally to create confusion, impart a sense of the absurd, or express a powerful or inexpressible emotion."
"to take arms against a sea of troubles"
Metaphors can create communication that wasn't there originally or open doors to understanding.
Metaphors show off your genius. Or at least, Aristotle says so (and who are we to argue?) in his Poetics: “But the greatest thing by far is to be a master of metaphor. It is the one thing that cannot be learnt from others; and it is also a sign of genius, since a good metaphor implies an intuitive perception of the similarity in dissimilar.”
set your mood
If we as Jedi and humans can understand anything... I do hope it's a metaphor and its purpose.
There are MANY in-between ideas that LINK and us to the original world.
This week, watch how you use metaphor.
There are different ways to do it.
and there are different results in using them (edited)
Too many, well are too many.
Too much is too much; of anything (edited)
We as Jedi can have a balance.
too many and you lose the focus
Too many metaphors and you can honestly forget what you're talking about
Don't get lost and don't get confused
Use your tools to your benefit
We as Jedi can understand metaphors better through practice.
There are online classes you can take and even literature lessons in this very thing.
I recommend you always start at the beginning so that's usually level one.
To understand a metaphor better- frequent them.
study them
use them (edited)
but do know you can OVER use them too
There are good ones and dead ones
There are even multiple mixes of them
We are never Luke but Luke "like"
In this, we have the potential Luke had (edited)
not the same choices but the potential
Using metaphors helps aid in understanding
it's never literal
ever
Luke is a symbol or a picture we can use.
but don't get lost in his beard because you can most certainly can. I know Jedi who get lost in things like canon and colors.
That's rarely the point.
The points or meaning of a metaphor is understanding.
Can you understand a concept better if we use things similarly represented?
Because if you can't, Star Wars is going to be a tough one to get through...
You could very well get lost at the canon and colors ...
It is my hope that this Monday we see the canon and the colors and begin a bigger understanding or the purpose of metaphors (edited)
I will be open today, all day, as is the Monday morning custom.
Metaphor: Open for business

Compassion Fatigue
Good time Zone Jedi everywhere
Happy and safe Monday everyone
Let us begin.
"Help yourself so, in turn, you can help others."
Good day Jedi everywhere (edited)
Today's subject is "The burn inside."
... or the soreness of giving a hoot.
Compassion Fatigue is real.
As Pastor, I want to encourage every member and Jedi to take the time to do a study on this very thing.
As Jedi, it is my hope we come to understanding together some days.
One of those understandings is that what we do- is caring.
We CARE about things.
As Jedi we care
We care about us, ourselves, we care about others and those around us. We even state often that we are a part, or the goal is to become a part of the whole.
In study and in identification we can notice that we care.
With caring comes time and effort.
Spending time caring for others or AID- ing one another is not easy, nor is it a walk in the park. (edited)
It will happen
It will happen that you as a Jedi and as a HUMAN being will begin to care about things.
Our Zeal is amazing.
The human "Zeal" will run like a well-oiled machine if you let it.
Once you have a humans attention, it's hard to shake it.
As humans we can attach ourselves to things
One of the more common sayings in our Jedi circles is this ..."Be wary of attachments"
Our zeal and drive can be what leads us some days
Jedi, be wary of where your fires and zeal and passions take you.
In the spirit of care and share we can run out of juice or gas or our zeal gets spent
Some days we are so spiritually sore or just too full of care to care anymore.
I often meditate on the silly commercial back in the day that said " If I share with you.... I'll have to share with everyone..." when only those two people are present.
Sometimes we are full of care, or our zeal is strong and resolve is unmatched.
Some days we try to go out of our own home or stat our day without ANY gas whatsoever in our mind hearts and spirit tanks.
So, what to do when your GIVE is busted, or you burn out from caring so much????
Because it happens.
What do you do?
What do you do when your sore from caring inside?
If I may, watch the signs.
Reflect on your Physical symptoms of caring too much.
There will be evidence your caring too much
Usually things - other things will be left undone.
Physically, can it be? (edited)
Review the TOLL it is taking on your being
Psychologicaly...
What's the price for caring and is it becoming mentally expensive?
Some, I will use the word some...
Some moments do take more than others and some people do take more energy than others
This is the truth - Please be aware
Some ideas and some people take much more effort or understanding or zeal than we sometimes have
Physical: unusual sleeping patterns, weakness or tiredness, lack of energy, frequently falling ill, and changing eating habits.
Psychological and emotional: feeling sad, empty, lonely, numb, agitated, despair, stuck, or a loss of control.
Behavioral: withdrawal, lack of connection/avoiding connection, rejecting others, or feeling rejected.
There will always - ALWAYS be evidence of too much.
Even if we don't agree - there will be evidence.
So, in the seek and in the search of things, we can find that as we care, it can also be a burden.
It can get to be much.
Be aware.
Jedi are wary of attachments, both material and personal. The obsession over possessions and people creates the fear of losing those possessions and relationships which can cause us to be trapped in a state of depression and loss.
This can include caring.
ESPECIALLY CARING
What we do is give a piece of ourselves or time or effort and attach one another to one another.
Over some time, it can become a burden.
Caring can turn to hate.
Love turns to hate just as quickly as when it is "fallen into" -you can very easily fall out if you are not careful.
This very thing, (when you start paying attention to things in your own path) that can happen. It happens to me. (edited)
"So, Pastor, how do you combat it?"
I am glad you asked.
Knowing your limits helps
Be aware you care.
know the limits on your own zeal and care.
How far will you go to offer AID, Jedi? To the point of exhaustion or when there is nothing left? What use are we if we are exhausted and
The idea is we can become sore or even... the dreaded SALTY.
We as Jedi can become sore and salty.
Anyone can.
Even in the Star Wars movies Yoda says" Yes, a flaw more and more common among Jedi, too sure of themselves they are."
There can be a moment of "ABSOLUTE" we think we reach.
One of the ways I personally combat the sore or the weight of caring is I know and practice as there are no absolutes, and I am nowhere near it.
Our AID, as Jedi can be given without us.
Knowing our limits, our actual limits help.
I can not be scrolling all day. Nope. Nor can I write letters ALL day. I cannot listen or write emails or letters every waking moment of my life.
For some reason as humans, this is what our zeal does.
It can highlight our focuses.
That's where the "sore" can be found.
Now, I can hit a punching bag all day.
What I cannot do is make cake, food, sell birds, change tires, fix things, read, teach kids to read, love them - guide them and give a hoot all in the same 24 hour span...it seems impossible
yet, every day, we do it
Every day we find ways to manage.
So, my encouragement to you Jedi is this, Find other ways.
Find other ways.
Trade them for new ideas and fresh ones.
Change what you do and how you do it.
Care in more ways.
Show you care in more ways.
We get burned out from repetition.
The act of "doing" or caring can be just as consuming as the act of aiding.
Know this.
plan for it by giving you a day or two where you just... don't
Take a day of rest.
Our cycles of life and nature incorporate days of rest and remembrance.
Do the same.
pick a day you don't care as much or that you can focus on something else.
Pick something to focus on
Be aware of what you are actually doing.
It can be a start.
Watch where your zeal goes and what it makes -YOU.
Where did it come from? And why is it so strong? What's the difference? (edited)
We have such powerful ideas and some burn bright and are not so easily controlled or tamed.
One fire we all share is the care.
or the selfless path
We as Jedi seek the selfless path of things.
When we care and care and care and care... it takes its toll
When we are concerned for one another, it does take our time with it
There can and there is a "tax" to that.
We can get sore from caring.
Please be aware that we as Jedi do much for one another.
You care.
No one asked you to
but we do
There IS a price for that.
On the inside, it can seem like its hurt or something's wrong...
Compassion Fatigue is real.
We can identify it in our own paths.
Are you becoming salty? On the inside?
Sore from caring?
Watch how you are.
Notice
Evaluate
Review
Notice what and how caring is affecting you.
Notice what it does Physically- Psychologically and Behavior wise. Adjust "that" and you won't go wrong.
Notice, it does take its toll.
Notice, you are sore from use.
When we give- we need to remember to replenish.
Or we will give away bad bread or sour milk or the dreaded ... " NOT NOW"
It can happen and it will.
Be aware of the impact's things have on us.
Tis our right and liberty as HUMANS
Some days the evidence says, you're sore! Find out why.
I am available here on Discord as always on Mondays for what you need or wish.
It is my hope these aid in your path.
We care.
There is no two ways about it.
Jedi care.
In that, there are limits.
Knowing your limits as Humans and as Jedi can help with understanding.
I am available today here or on site.
May the Force be with y'all this week.

There is a old OLD poem I want to share with y'all this morning.
It is called the Psychomachia. If you like and have time, read or re-read it.
Patience is the virtue that fights anger.
There are qualities or ideas to patience we all are familiar with.
Three, to be the teacher today.
There are three qualities to patience we understand.
Patience brings or reveals or gives opportunity to calm (edited)
Perserverance is a byproduct of patience.
Understanding comes with patience.
Now, I am no great teacher, nor am I certified at anything, if anything I am certified to do nothing.
But I will share with you these 3 ideas in patience if you like.
There are more but today ---you get three.
The Calm.
Most of us understand the need for patience.
There is not a huge contrast to not understanding these things.
Its not rocket science ya know.
Patience brings character (edited)
It can reveal it.
Thats why we strive for it.
I can't lie, I am not NOT a patient person.
It "erks" me every time we do something in the Temple, and we start 10 -20 minutes late.
I try my hardest to be as diligent as I have been trained.
15 minutes early or your late is what I have been trained to think and do.
I make a effort to be punctual.
I know life is full.
I get sidetracked almost daily.
The idea is that there CAN be a calm to the time we spend waiting.
What's " winds" the worry clock for me is when I begin to stress over things.
I loose the peace.
So here ya go...
FOCUS
Focus is the art of pruning the irrelevant and pouring the best of your mind into what you are doing.
When we must wait - focus
Why?
Take some time to find out what is present (edited)
When you do that, identify what is, well, what.
KNOWLEDGE- Knowledge can be acquired by focusing on the task at hand.
Pick a spot to focus on
and... even better, look for what is needed. (edited)
When you decide to ....
FIND THE WISDOM - Wisdom is the sound application of accrued knowledge and experience through patient, good judgment.
Not everything out there is edifying.
Focus
Knowledge
Wisdom
Three easy ways to learn and practice patience as a Jedi.
Today I am in the waiting place.
No joke
I have a significant " Friday " coming up actually.
Our family MUST wait till Friday to move on.
This is the truth in our life.
We will find out or come to days when we must wait.
As Jedi, I want to encourage YOU and others to take some time to use these three ways to harbor and allow patience to fester where it needed.
As I reflect, I was not taught patience on a scale I would like today...
so the seek is on.
If we give time where it is due.... yea yea I know what your saying , wait longer or just wait and worry about other things...
Thats not the idea I want to pass, the Ideas I would love to pass is this...
You have the ability to and the understanding, use it.
The ever-ready scene of what Obi Wan and Qui Gon Jinn did when they were given the time to wait on the world to let them battle the Sith comes to mind (edited)
One sat- one was ready, both lost
Reflection is amazing.
I recommend it as often as you can.
THE WAITING PLACE
by Dr. Seuss (Excerpt)
Waiting for a train to go or a bus to come,
or a plane to go or the mail to come,
or the rain to go or the phone to ring,
or the snow to snow or waiting around for a Yes or No
or waiting for their hair to grow.
Everyone is just waiting.
Waiting for the fish to bite
or waiting for wind to fly a kite
or waiting around for Friday night
or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake
or a pot to boil, or a Better Break
or a string of pearls, or a pair of pants
or a wig with curls, or Another Chance.
Everyone is just waiting.
What do you do when you wait?
Waiting and... waiting and waiting and.... will create either doubt or harm and separation if left unaccompanied and ignored.
or
it can be created.
Tended
even Kept
This Monday- I hope there is a time you have to wait.
Yea!
I hope you are in your life path, and you are being taught to be patient.
I hope that you are at your wits end and have zero patience left.
Why would you say that Pastor Carlos you ask?
You can't learn it if you don't go through.
There is no cheat.
and that's the crummy and the most real of all.
If patience is there- you will see it (edited)
if it doesn't exist- there will be the void of it.
We know.
this is why we seek it out or rather, IT seeks itself out.
So be in the circle of IT.
Seek patience.
Keep it
share it
grow it
Pay attention to where your focus is
Identify where it goes and why ....
Ask
WHHHHHYYYYYYY?????
Pay attention to your focus.
and ... to what you call knowledge.
What do you call KNOWLEDGE?
Where did you get it from, your knowledge?
Who said it was knowledge?
Is it?
How about what you call wisdom?
Is it?
These three easy and actual Jedi Tenets can help in the waiting place.
Our three tenets are there for use.
I hate waiting.
but our minds can do as we train them to do.
As much as we can learn, there is a point we can UN learn things, this is a key concept to unlearning things.
Patience.
Using the tenets can be as much a part of your practice as you like.
Anything can be as much a part of your path as you like.
It is my hope that as we live, as we toil together and as we try together, we learn from one another.
I hatch eggs- chickens- 21 days, ducks geese 28- 30 days for some.
I have found ways for the in-between time so to speak.
but it's all the same time actually.
It is the worry and fear that takes our attention away from our chosen paths.
To be quite honest, it's the seek or the charge of the "learner" or the burn inside that can be toned or formed into something else besides worry.
This is development at its finest.
To combat worry and fear we have - patience.
Do you know anyone who is the level of patience you know you can have? (edited)
Do you know anyone who is the idea of NOT HAVING PATIENCE?
I give you this...
I have grown to be calm and less " on fire" all the time (edited)
Zeal gets ya hot and bothered and anxious and allows things to happen.
Curbing zeal is like trying to keep light in a jar,
but through reflection- it can be done.
Reflection can FOCUS.
Reflection can help know what's what and what's valuable and what's worth keeping.
So, to end this hour of power lol
We as Jedi, have these three ways to create patience and understanding.
Patience is a virtue.
It helps friends.
It really does.
If you want to help the world out and your own circles of family and friends, be more PAITENT.
Be the one who keeps it
Be the one who shares it
There is a light or glow of aid to patience,
but it does take some practice.
We as Jedi, can practice what we strive for.
Our Tenets can AID in many things.
One chief way and AID is the creation or the result in patience.
PLEASE
Please know that each of our ideas belong to the HUMAN race.
These are HUMAN ideas.
They belong to us.
We as Jedi, can strive to understand who we are and WHAT we are. We as Jedi, live in the ordinary world. Take some time to reflect what part of the journey you're on. We are never ON-SCREEN Jedi. Remember that.
Any questions?

Good time zone Jedi everywhere.
Today we will take time to chit chat and discuss a few things - The Cautionary Tale is one of them.
Here we go
Guest Athena Undomiel — Today at 5:55 AM
James Tiberius Kirk says, " We have to change, otherwise we keep fighting the same fights."
I was just thinking that very thing, the wife beats me to the punch line.
Good day Jedi - wherever you may be.
There is a idea out there in which we tell each other a story and tales and even myth for a few reasons. (edited)
One of these reasons is the ever famous - WARNING.
Hey, be careful. (edited)
This is the call we send to one another every day.
Ever notice?
When we share, we warn one another of pitfalls, trials - temptations - rewards - dangers (edited)
There is one danger in particular I would like to share.
Today, this morning
Jedi are aware of the future impacts of action and inaction and of the influence of the past, but live in and focus on the Now. We let ourselves flow like water through the events around us. We embrace the ever changing and fluid world, adapting and changing as it does.
The world changes.
The one thing we can rely on is things will change.
The world is changing. The Temple is changing. Jedi are changing.
This idea reminds me of the phrase and joke, "Get on the ball or be left behind. "
The world changes.
People change.
Things grow.
The ideas we share is very easy when you think about it.
We want to grow.
We strive to develop.
If we do not change, we will not be in the NOW.
Change is now- change is present - change happens often.
So, the big question today and this week Jedi is- What "hill" do you fight for?
What do you sacrifice for?
What does your efforts or un efforts bring in your path?
What's the result of being Jedi?
Is Jedi the way to go for you today?
Is it worth your time still?
I will tell you today, there are some ideas and "hills" we think we defend and fight that are old and in the past.
They need an update.
Some of our causes are old.
Some of our defenses are old.
There is a motto in the United States Army they use regularly.
To tell the truth, it's on the drill sergeants' patch, the Army basic training instructors.
The US Army motto is " This we'll defend."
Now, as always, please do take the time to research and find out for your own self what is what.
The motto is " This we'll defend. "
The idea is simple really, this is my hill.
MINE
and...
I shall defend it.
Call me steward.
As Jedi, we have a Creed and some Maxims and Teachings.
The 3rd reminds us to be present.
In a world that NEVER is the same
It is always changing.
SO as such, it would be wise to understand change.
What is change?
We embrace our EVER changing and fluid world.
What has your defense?
What do you guard as "THIS"
in the idea " This we'll defend"
Who can the "we", be?
How will you defend and who are you defending from?
Life is full.
Life has a way of doing as IT does.
In its time, life happens.
Life does not ask us for our schedule or time or even efforts.
It is my hope that during these moments we spend together, we can start asking the bigger questions.
It is my hope that we get past the more elementary ideas like, am I Jedi and move toward what type of Jedi we want to be and aid in the development of the stages of life. (edited)
In the seek and search or the study and finding out, that's where life is.
In the relationships we have built and adjust, is where life dwells. (edited)
Each relationship takes time and effort.
What we are attached to and how, matters (edited)
It's the " HOW" that gets the brain and soul going in the heart.
What are we sacrificing? (edited)
And for what? (edited)
Is our sacrifice or our idea of sacrifice old?
Has it changed at least ONCE?
Are we still hacking away blindly at whatever comes our way?
Blind anything is dangerous.
[ Insert any picture of Anikin Skywalker in Sith mode mentally.]
This is an idea of love.
Think about it.
THIS he [Vader] will defend.
Love is a powerful Force in this world.
Let yourself flow -
Find a new way to fight.
Find a new fight.
Let some old fight just be old and die.
I used to think I had to know it all (edited)
Now, not so much
I used to think I could be ready for everything and anything.
We cant.
I can not
I am subject to everything you are.
and as such, as are you.
but let me tell you Jedi, here's the kicker-
The human potential dwells in every one of us equally
We can change as does the world.
We can grow and develop into a number of things (edited)
WARNING Be careful what and where you fight for
Pay attention to where your efforts go (edited)
Think
Take time to think.
Jedi are aware of the future impacts of action and inaction and of the influence of the past but live in and focus on the Now. We let ourselves flow like water through the events around us. We embrace the ever changing and fluid world, adapting and changing as it does.
Are you changing and even better ...
are you developing into anything Jedi?
Have you developed into something old and unmovable? (edited)
Solid and faithful but still stuck? Not fluid?
Change your deliverance, change your moves.
Change your tactics.
Try something else.
Humans grow.
It is a natural path.
Find a flow like water.
Find a new flow or a new way.
Pour water on the ground and see where it goes. Be like that today - tomorrow, do it again and be like that - fresh every day.
Fresh is best.
Jedi teaching number three
Fresh is best!
The warning, stagnation.

Today is Monday.
Another week to be ready or to be side set by.
Depends on your own perspective.
I would like to remind every Jedi about our 3 Tenets.
In the dictionary, tenets are a principle or belief, especially one of the main principles of a religion or philosophy.
We share TENETS.
These 3 work in a very cool way.
Now, when we identify as Jedi, we can identify as a very different Jedi than that of anyone else.
Each of us can develop our own being.
This is an idea we share as well - human development.
To "light the fuse" of development - use the Tenets
No one will ever be able to tell you where you need attention or where you need to take more time with.
Focus
Knowledge
Wisdom
If you ask me, these 3 ideas can be like paper folding, as basics to our path.
These TENETS are a great return for Jedi and for any one really.
A return is simply when in need, you actually return and remind yourself where you are and believe and ...why...
When in doubt, return to your OWN doctrine and philosophy.
One of ours is the 3 Tenets.
You can "paper fold" many ideas with these 3.
It's a progression really.
First things first, why, why are we together or meet?
What is your focus as a Jedi and human? As a person?
These are questions I hope we keep and ask our own self.
Where is your focus?
Take the time to find out.
Where does your attention go?
Who or WHAT has it?
This is a very rewarding reflection, but you can get sidetracked.
Focus, go figure, is easily swayed without practice.
Our focus can be on anything.
ANYTHING
It can be automatic.
Did you know we can change our focus?
We can change our focus (s)
We can.
But we kind of need to know what we are looking for.
Our focus is the art of pruning the irrelevant and pouring the best of your mind into what you are doing.
Where does your attention go? Every morning? Every day?
What are YOU as a Jedi trying to do?
When you begin or when you continue to "prune" you, and review some of the internal questions, what you will find is knowledge.
Just the facts
Here is a ditty, what do you do when you realize there are things that need pruning or more time with?
What's what?
We choose which is wisdom and which is not.
This process belongs to humans.
It just so happens; I am a human.
It just so happens, you are human first.
If you like, think of these 3 ideas as braids.
Each one is separated but similar in effect to one another.
You need them all to get where you need to go.
To be quite honest, we all develop in relatively same manner, regardless of geography, availability, gender or social status.
It is this bond we share as Jedi.
Our TENETS can be inspiring or can keep us in a rut.
To get out of ruts, I recommend our tenets.
To become the flow again or plug in, try this.
Get back to the basics.
The funny thing is that the longer I do this, the longer I mentor and Pastor, I find different ways but similar results.
One of the things the Hero's Journey does for me is remind me of my own humanity.
War makes me sad.
Hate makes me sad.
I get it in as equal volumes as you.
I get the same stuff you do.
In my circles of people, we call it the GUTS.
So, I say today- this Monday Jedi to you ...
"What's the guts?"
How is life?
Better yet how is your life?
Do you feel there is a pull or some need or something needs attention in your own path and life?
We don't do things the same as the world does, we are Jedi.
but there is an idea that we can prune, us.
We can organize ourselves.
As Jedi, here is what we are reminded.
"When used correctly, the Jedi Tenets allow us to better ourselves and overcome any obstacle. They help us improve the world around us and fulfil our purpose in life as a Jedi."
Got things in the way?
Would you like to know, well, what's what?
Would you like to make sense of you own path?
Use these 3.
Put them in your mental bag or mental utility belt.
How ever you must but get these inside your path, the sooner the better
Focus
Knowledge
Wisdom
They exist and we seek them.
3 ways to adjust and figure out - what's up.
So, This Monday I say what's up Jedi? WHATS THE GUTS?
It is my hope that things like this will be as helpful to you as it IS to me
I use these almost daily.
Any questions comments concerns invitations, cake, parties?
May the Force be with y'all today and this week?

The human potential is amazing.
It is terrible.
There are a many few "ideas" that dwell with a Jedi in 2023
No Force powers or space flight,
just good old fashion Human potential.
In this potential ... there is present, every possibility of outcomes.
Let me take a bit of time to explain if I may.
I have the ability to succeeded in anything I do.
I also have the ability to fail.
HARD
Now, in this huge gap of potential - little ol' me dwells.
What drives the energy and the power of such an idea?
How does such a potential flow and exist?
If it is in the realm of human possibility - it can be done.
I will go out on a limb and say one further, It has been done.
Now, we as humans can be human.
In our own development we can grow, and we can adjust
The three TENETS help us do this very thing.
There is a potential to development that exist.
In it, we dwell as Jedi.
I have the potential to understand my own path this morning in such a way- Star Wars- that I can understand it. I can relate and even grow it or develop it.
We have the representations of LIGHT and Dark in the Jedi world.
Each side is a picture of the unbridled potential that is there.
Each side shows merit on the need for guidance and mentorship.
There is a power out there Jedi if you're not careful that can make you or break you.
You CAN break off more than you can chew.
ANY DAY
At any given time, the human potential can rear its head and strike.
but which way does it sway?
In our path, it is the potentials that make the difference.
It's the choices.
Which ones we pick
What we choose to pick
How, will you defend... the question or ideas move from do I want to do this anymore to - I have decided but today is HOW WILL I DO IT?
THERE is the power.
How will I develop?
Where does my potential lie?
I want to encourage Jedi everywhere; we have this treasure as Jedi but really as human beings.
We have the potential.
This is amazing power in it of itself (edited)
Have you done something someone else has?
Don't sell yourself short.
Have you gotten a free education from a reflection or some cautionary tale?
DO you AID one another with myth and story?
Yea you do.
So do I.
We draw courage from one another.
We can
We draw strength from one another
from this potential
our HOPE
is in the development of one another.
It's in the checking of one another.
Life is in the relationships we keep.
Our "powers" are from being human.
Can you really stop the human compacity?
Never
You will never silence one another.
You will never separate us.
Humans will find a way.
and that's one of the kickers in life.
We are amazing as humans.
I could tell you story's, true stories and accounts of the human potential leaving hope everywhere they do.
People dying and hope still being left behind.
Stubbornness turned to solid gold or a pilar of aid.
One of the things I try to help with is the ability to recognize is a few MORE things in our paths (edited)
The human potential is always there.
ALWAYS
You could wake this morning and potentially have the best or worst day of your life.
It could even be mundane or superfluous.
but there is the fact that if we are humans first, we are subject to it equally.
The human potential
It's an amazing concept and a Jedi one.
Now, here we don't do the light and dark side as SIDES.
We as Jedi understand life is what it is and there are equally potential outcomes on any given day in any given path at any given time.
SO, this Monday, I leave y'all with this-
We are Jedi and human and every Jedi that has come before us and after us will be a part of the Force.
As human, we are a part of the Force.
There is a potential that dwells there.
In YOU every human experience dwells
Those who have come before you, dwell in you.
Those who will come after will as well.
This is an amazing power in reality, to know If you can do something, so can I.
Does that change things?
Knowing If I can so, can you?
Knowing if you can, so can someone else?
Giving that gift of freedom is what we do.
Can you take it as well as grant it to others?
Can you give away the human potential? can you let it go?
I say USE IT
try it out (edited)
What have you got to lose?
Pastor Carlos
I am here and on site for comments questions discussions invitations parties' weddings painting parties or whatever you like.
May the Force be with y'all this week, and may you know the potential that dwells in you.

We as Jedi, believe in the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
This one concept will blow you away.
We believe in the idea that we are equal.
We, as humans, are equal.
Now, this is a big concept because it goes against everything our own EGO's tell us.
Our own egos tell us it's all about us.
WE are the main ideas of everything.
One of the best ideas I have ever entertained is that of the " selfless. "
In this idea, we find ourselves as Jedi.
It is human.
As we begin our own journeys, PLEASE notice that some paths just make themselves known.
This one does that as well the Selfless path.
The selfless comes in many forms.
It has many names, and it comes in many variations of flow.
There is a level of selflessness in almost everything we can do.
It is even in our words we use.
It can be.
It takes practice but the truth is eventually you can bet on it with or without practice.
The entire idea is the idea of knowing YOU will be in the way and take some time to give space to that which is needed
Selflessness is not natural.
It must be taught and cultivated, there are no seeds that naturally grow. You must see it in action.
On our own, we do become a level of selfish that can keep us from human development at any time in our life's.
As Jedi - a selfless path can be present.
The idea is to have a balance or an active present idea of things.
Do you as a Jedi have some form of selfless path in your own life?
One of the common themes that happen as a Jedi is the cave, we are reminded exist in our own path.
As Jedi one of those caves is "AM I THE BAD GUY IN THIS STORY?"
The realization of the potential to be the good guy and the bad guy can seem conflicting.
light and dark take getting used to and it is the same as the idea of a selfless path- it takes getting used to.
In every Jedi movie or show, the idea is this- Who are you and what part do you play?
What part will you be playing today, Jedi?
Where on the spectrum of life are you on today?
Have you come to grips with the simple fact that you could be the Sith in your own story?
Have you come to the simple fact that you could be the reluctant hero in your story?
Have you come to the fact that you are the main character in your own story?
It's all about you friend and Jedi.
This is where the conflict often dwells - with the intention of " But is it selfish to give yourself time???
One of the common gates we all pass through as Jedi is - the Anagnorisis of life.
Who plays what part in our paths and to what level are they allowed??
It is my hope that as we begin to answer the most elementary questions to our own path - we do find the answers we seek.
As Jedi - we believe that we and everything else is equal.
Easier said than done.
So, this week, you have the same potential everyone else has.
You do.
You have the potential to rise above anything or fail horribly.
This is the vast potential me and you are bound by our humanity.
If we believe the way we do, we are equal..
You are inherently worth just the same amount as me.
...and that's ok too ...
We are not perfect by any means as Jedi.
adding the name Jedi does not give you special powers or give you a cheat code to anything but it can.
It is my hope we continue to pass understanding.
I hope that the " INHERENT WORTH of ALL" is something you can use and give away freely.
There is a peace to knowing you can't really mess up too much.
I mean you can, but the common goal is understanding.
and I hope we understand the first basic concept of Jedi - ism.
We have inherent worth.
Yes, you do.
No one can take that away no matter what country you live in our what group calls you friend or foe.
No matter what laws are passed or what "great things" your nation does.
You are free.
I am free.
We have a freedom we share.
Give it away.
It's not the way it works but give the equal mark as often as you can.
Equal
Inherently equal
Blow some one's mind today and give them EVERY freedom you have been afforded as Jedi and human.
Yes you can.
I give it to you.
Give it to someone else.
May the Force be with y'all

To those who observe the holidays- happy holidays May the Force and seasons be with you and yours.
Be safe in all your practices, please.
Today I would like us to chat about true change.
True change
or just change.
Change is the only constant thing in life.
There is an old saying,
change is the only constant in life, so expect things to change.
As humans in the ordinary world - we tend to want our USUAL or what we are comfy with.
What is your usual Jedi?
What is your go to?
As humans we love and often thrive on repetition.
As is how we learn.
I would like to take this moment and time to remind Jedi of time management.
Change and time management are key to what we as Jedi and humans do.
In modern psychology, they remind us OFTEN that it is a schedule or a routine that can benefit us into a path we can deal with.
Finding schedules or making them up can be a benefit.
Change comes.
If we are ready for it or not, it comes.
There is a constant "refreshing" or "updating" in the universe that can get annoying.
The upset can come from not being ready or prepared for the understanding needed.
So today, Jedi, I tell you- be prepared when change does happen.
Because most time IT will on ITS time.
As Jedi, we believe in the Force- the things that binds us together - never separates.
Change does bind us.
We as humans are subject to change happening at any time at any level and for any reason.
There is the constant in life we can count on.
How do we prepare or prevent, oddly, one of those consistencies is things will change.
Write it down somehow and even do a lesson or two on the idea of change...
Prepare yourself for change.
Now, we all need more time management.
It is a humans' bread and butter" time."
Sometimes we waist it and sometimes we do not know what to do with it when we have it.
Sometimes, we need reminders that we CAN schedule our own time.
Now, paying attention to where your time and effort goes is always a good thing and will never be a LOST energy.
If anything, you will benefit from almost every moment you take to try to organize yourself.
ANY TIME spent on time management can be considered time management.
Now, there are only so many hours in the day.
24
We do not get more normally - just those.
How many of those do you sleep? How many of those hours are spent sleeping - those hours do not count.
You need rest.
We all do.
So, take time to remember this.
Never forget this.
You must sleep and if you do not, your life will let you know you need more.
Every time
What -after sleep- must you do?
There are - THERE ARE things that must be done.
Active daily living activates can include travel time and commute time- time to brush your teeth and eat and clean- these are things that need to be done that NEED to be done.
These things rarely count for scheduling and every day-to-day scheduling, that happen automatically sometimes too.
There are things that don't count for love either... their presence is always there.
ADL's
You must eat and you must do a few things.
Those can count but normally do not for feeling and relationships.
I love you so I made food today- I love you so I made food for you to eat.
Things like that can count toward time management.
The best thing to do with things like that is call them active daily living activities.
So what is and what is NOT valuable for your time?
THIS is the million-dollar question.
What is worth your time?
Do you know what is worthy of your time?
When you think of time management - think about this- how much is accountable, how much of your time are you accountable for?
Did you know that there are some things in our own paths that are NOT IMPORTANT?
Yea, there are things in my own path that are not as important as I make them.
Its human nature really.
We give value to things.
What have we given priority to or "all our attention" to?
What has all our attention? What has our zeal?
What takes up most of our time?
Time management seems like a daunting task in the beginning
and it is.
It takes courage to take time to set and reset our own limits, moral and ethics.
Take the time to do it.
In doing this - there can be moments of understanding to which areas of our life need time and attention.
Please take the time to find them.
You can find time management skill anywhere and from any one.
SO here we go, ready?
I hope you are.
When you wake, this is your day- start it with a plan and a STOP.
Pause before you wake and connect.
Make a connection with your God, Life, love or path and Force.
Check yourself first.
Make a mental or physical list.
Start the day with a plan.
Organize that plan and yourself.
It can make an incredible difference just starting every day with a plan or time to begin.
as opposed to just taking off and running off.
Start the day on your terms.
You can meditate and or pray here. You read here too if you like. Read anytime but develop your brain, heart, and soul in the morning.
Learn something early, tell no one.
Do it when you "first first" start the day.
Think to yourself, "What needs to get done?"
You pick what's important today.
Choose
your
Destiny
There are some things that are larger than others, divide the tasks you have into larger and smaller tasks.
There can be a sense of overwhelming or too much when we first start.
Just organize your own "needs" what does need to get done and what does not. Only you know Jedi.
Did you know, there are things in the world that DO NOT need to be done this very instant?
Nothing is ever that important.
There are a few things like death, but for the most part, life is not that pressing most time, it is us that does the pressing and releasing.
We get stuck on distractions.
Limit what distracts you.
Do you know your own limits, and do you know what really distracts you?
LIMIT DISTRACTIONS
Check emails and mail and messages but don't do anything with them yet, follow the circle and figure out which is which and which you can TRIAGE and which you can remove all together.
Do you know what can be left for later? (edited)
Know what can be left for later.
Not forgotten but later.
Did you know you can "batch" your time
Find things out that you can do together.
Batch them.
Give them the time they need.
As humans, we like to muti task
If you are worried about time management - limit those ideas, we think we are and must always be "MULTI Tasking."
limit your muti tasking.
Get a calendar.
We live in 2023- we have apps for everything.
Get a calendar.
Write it down or digitally keep track but keep record of you.
Actually, write it down somewhere.
Accountability is key.
Start using it.
Use your scheduling.
Say no to some meetings.
It is ok.
You do not have to have so many - meetings.
It does make us as humans feel important but that's the thing, as you manage your time - notice where the ego dwells as well and where it hurts to adjust, why?
So limit your time by limiting who has the chunks of it.
Release some free time from others, ya?
It can only help.
Now, when life is thick, I am going to tell you JOURNAL.
Write these things down.
Tell yourself it sucks - its hard but why is it - tell yourself what's working and what is not.
LOG IT
Summaries your days and actions.
One of the biggest truths I have found is stated by J.C. like this " The hero often forgets."
Write it down Jedi.
There is only AID in a journal.
Create it.
Mix it up.
Make it.
Look ahead and plan a few things.
With all this advice, you can take time to look ahead and plan.
Do it.
DO IT
plan
then
Then take a break.
Make room to make room.
Know your limits. Know we need breaks.
A Jedi knows their limits.
You can even set them.
You can even delegate a few tasks and "manage" time better by outsourcing.
Have a balance.
The idea is to have an active balance when doing anything.
Yes, you can.
You can charge yourself with any charge or only one charge.
Make it your own.
Start the day with a plan or prayer or meditation or journaling and scheduled moments.
Prioritize your daily tasks.
Know which need you and which do not.
Assign value.
Limit your distractions.
Know what they are.
Check and prioritize messages and communication.
Batch your time together
There are moment that are "like " others.
There are tasks that are similar.
Do them together.
Reduce the multi-tasking.
Write a few down or start.
Pen your schedule so you can see it in reality.
Journal and organize your schedule (s)
See them.
Know, some can be told " no. "
Say no to a few.
Summarize the day and your actions.
Plan better now.
Take the time to know that all the attention and work needs time to relax and unwind as well.
Put rest and breaks and even moments of reminder and recharge in the way- plan them.
Do them.
Recharge and finally learn how to outsource.
Learn to outsource.
That was a solid hour and full.
What a Monday
Our German Shepard got out last night of a heated and calm barn full of food, cops picked him up last night and kept him for us - Boomer is safe and sound but may have gotten sick being in the cold last night.
So, I bid y'all a fond farewell and know if you have need - I am here and willing.
Something to think about this week Jedi and friends.
Time management
May the Force be with y'all

Jedi teaching number one states this : Jedi feel the Force. We are aware of its omnipresence and its flow. We endeavour to live in balance with it as it manifests in all worldly phenomena, the dynamic equilibrium of its flow which transcends space-time from the smallest quark to the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Living in balance with The Force is the core value of a Jedi.
One, I can not tell you what to feel.
I can not tell you exactly what you are feeling today.
It is my hope you are well every time we meet.
There is a secret to life and to being Jedi.
The big secret is that the Force is with us, and we are one with the Force.
There is a balance that can be had with the Force.
IT
can be the focus or the goal.
Our focus matters as does what we think we feel.
Living in balance as a Jedi "LOOKS" different and that's today's subject.
Today is titled "YOUR 100 percent. "
Please please please please understand- it is understanding we want to share, and I want to share.
There is an understanding about what your effort looks like.
Everything you "try" or actually do... is your "100 percent."
Regardless of what we think, our initial efforts are- when we act - we act in our "100 percent."
Our try is on.
It is either off or on.
Life is often very binary or very dualistic in its "One and zero " type of idea.
So in this life of yes and no, go or stay or do or do not, there is a " ON " flow that allows things to flow.
When we say "yes" to the Force - it begins to flow.
It flows either way with or without us.
The point is it - the Force - has a flow of things.
In the flow, you are either in or you are not.
If you are, then you are.
If you are not, then well, you know you are not.
It's the intention and action that makes a difference.
I want to share this with every Jedi in the world and I will one day-
Your try- there is no try but when you act, the actions are the effort.
The actions are the efforts.
They are never the same.
No one person acts directly like anyone else. We can not.
There's a magic about the Jedi in which we will never be cookie cutter people, never, it's a fear but it's a silly one.
Your efforts are off and on
As is life.
You are one or the other.
The duality of life is always present.
So, in our action of meditation or thought ...
we are doing it.
Doing it.
In our actions- in our strive, we find our 100 percent.
It turns on by itself if we allow it. It has its own flow.
or not- it happens all just the same some days and I am grateful for that as well.
Your actions will be different than mine.
How you meditate will be not be the same as me.
We may have the same goals and similar practices, but according to your path and mine- we each have our own paths of "proof" and "efforts."
Each person displays what is inside very differently.
Each of us describes what is inside us as a vessel and as human.
We are given this treasure and gift in this pot or container or vessel we call our body's.
Our pots our vessels our "shells" contain the crude matter we all share as well as the wins losses and new discoveries.
Our bodies are different, yes, but our goals and what we strive for can be the same.
The way we get there will not.
SO today, I leave you with this meditation- each of us has a calling or an idea we want to find.
In our pursuit of development and growth- we all have some effort to do so, it is in the effort we find ourselves today and it is in the thick of things of where life dwells.
Your ways - may not be my ways.
You do not pray or sacrifice to the same Gods or deities as I. You do not know them lik eI do nor do I know yours as you do.
Till you meet them, you may never know them.
Till I meet yours, I may never know them.
Your "100 percent" will be different from mine and everyone else's.
Your actions to move towards the Force will - in the beginning - seem so impossible - that at the beginning - it seems inaccessible.
The Force is accessible, as is redemption, forgiveness and hope.
It is all ready for you to find but it is not going to be like my story or way or path- it can not be.
You will not find the things I did during meditation and contemplation.
Your brain and my brain may never synchronize in action and flow.
Your path and my path may never sync.
Your ways and my ways may never sync but we strive for each of us to develop in a way that we can both learn and grow.
In that strive- on the path of self-reflection, there are many. I am never the only one as you are never the only one.
At the same time, do not count anyone else's efforts as yours.
Do not grade or even try to understand "WHY" others do things- let them.
Let others do them.
DO YOU
There is a freedom in knowing that you can develop yourself any way you see fit.
You have the right to read as you like and think in terms you can understand.
Your efforts to the Force can not be like mine.
I hope there is an understanding about what our efforts look like as Jedi - they can never be a photo - copy of anything- they work best personal.
It is that level of personal flow that we all have understanding. Each flow is as equally valuable as the next is where change is at.
Let others flow.
As you flow.
Study the Force- as others study it.
Be present - as others are.
Be like me but NOT directly like me.
Be like Luke but not directly like Luke.
Be what you are but also understand that we all are doing the exact same thing.
ALL OF US
Your efforts matter.
How you do it matters.
How you react maters.
What you say matters. When you say it matters.
Where you get your myth and stories from matter,
What you share, matters.
Please note, it will not be the same as everyone else.
You will not find peace in the same places I did.
You will not find Order in your own chaos verbatim as I did.
I had to make order and choose it.
Which order will you choose?
Which flow will you use?
what books and shows will you read?
What ideas and authors do you keep?
Your Jedi way will be not mine but that's the goal.
Make it yours and don't think for a second, we will be the same.
Count on our definitions and action to be different.
Count on them.
Ever count on someone to bring the solution but not in a normal manner - Jedi are full stock of this.
The more Jedi I speak with every day, the more I understand the flow of those around me.
It helps.
It helps to understand that each of our efforts are - as Jedi - subject to all our passions fears and availability
The Jedi way differs in this way. '
It gives you the space you personally need some days.
So, this week, know that your efforts and my efforts- are one.
They are equal if ...if- IF you choose to focus on the Fore and make an attempt to "try" it is your try that is the same as mine.
It is your try that is the same as mine, it is not cookie cutter nor is it the same, but it is very similar.
Please note that your efforts are allowed and needed in everything you do- your presence is needed as Jedi and as humans.
Listen - I am a Jedi too and I know there is no try you do, or you do not-
It is the action of trying that is really the action not the try.
So, it's off or on.
You either are doing something or you are not.
In the are it is the efforts that we match in
It's in the do- we find each other.
Each of our "do's" or actions may sync in a few ways but never be MY "100 percent."
Nor will I ever try to be like you and act like I am in your situation, I am not.
What I can tell you today is this - know your efforts are equally as powerful and terrible and opportunistic as mine in that - we are equal.
I hope you find yourself in a place today of inherently worth and equally valued Jedi.
You are.
You as Jedi are worth the efforts every day.
You are worth getting up one hour before everyone here on the ranch and taking time to share.
Your efforts will not be the same as mine, do not try to be like me.
Do not try to be like Carlos- you will fail.
Be Jedi.
In your action of this- your "100 percent" shines like mine.
Focus on the path more than the steps of one another and it may change your perspective in life and as a Jedi.
Your "100 percent" and my "100 percent" are the same, yet they are entirely subject to us directly.
We develop the same way.
We are human first.
It is in the humanity of life we find treasures and gifts.
I hope removing a false upset at why " yours is not like mine " dissipates into something more creative.
Something ... MORE.
It is possible and it does happen.
So, this week, know that each of our efforts are equally valued when it comes to understanding and development.
Get lost in the flow of the present and get rid of a few things that can keep you from developing into that which you seek.
Get rid of the "competition" of one another in our paths, it does not work the same as Jedi.
There is truly no contest when you think about these things as such...........
There is no contest.
So, I leave you with this - this week Jedi - there is no contest.
Live as such.
See if that does not throw a wrench in things.
See if that does not change a flow or two to a point you can tell.
Try or do I know there aint no try but give it a shot.

Good day and good time zone Jedi and May the Force be with you wherever you are at today.
Good morning to those who are here and to those who will be here later
For those who will be here "later later" there will be a Block post for Monday Morning Meditations.
For those tuning in LIVE here we go
Feel free to ask or add questions or comments as we go along.
today I want to touch a bit on the new teachings.
Number two to be exactly.
There is an understanding we can have and share.
Some days, I cannot lie, I wake up and share nothing with the world.
Some days, I wake and don't want to share anything.
In the morning is one of the most important times to think
Before you do anything, think about it.
Take the time to plan if you can.
As humans, we cannot plan for everything and it would be a huge bag or backpack -suitcase - if we took everything, we ever needed all the time. (edited)
I think there are even a few Training Masters here in the Temple of the Jedi Order who share a lesson or two on the "Jedi Utility Belt" or the resources we can take with us.
In the morning - think- I promise you and almost swear to you- if we as humans begin our days like this- with thought- things change. We notice more and can be better prepared.
The idea is to find the balance we need.
"To be in balance, the Jedi practice clarity of mind."
What brings clarity to your mind? Humans tend to have 3 parts of them, mind, body, soul-
Is your mind clear?
How about in the mornings?
My brain starts when the sun comes up and my eyes are open.
Let me share a few of the worries I wake with just for fun.
Who's getting which feed this morning? Did anyone die last night (as far as birds and farm status)? Someone has to wash dishes, (The island has a stack of dishes from a family of 5- pots included). It's cold so, the heaters need to be checked on and I can't seem to find the coffee every morning (in spite of it always being in the same place every morning). We just did laundry so there are half piles ready to be stowed. The cat keeps tearing up the toilet paper to shreds, I think she thinks it's fun. I have to reach out to a few people today and to a few places and I think I have enough feed for the week. Where is my morning book that I read?
There is an entire slew of things that are running in my mind right now.
I wake up an hour before everyone so I can do Monday morning meditations.
Now, If I did not have much of an understanding about my own responsibilities and order, I would be lost in the sauce, every day
What helps me as a Jedi and as a human is to start the day, I'm meditation. To start - in meditation
Meditation actually helps and aids me to clear my mind
I have a few different ways I meditate too;
Some mornings it's way too cold to go outside for a morning walk
Some days I haven't read anything for 2-3 days.
There are times I do just wake up and hit the floor running
Life happens
with or without our consent some days
It is wise to take the time to think
It is wise to take the time to prepare for the day
It is wise to prepare
It is recommended that you remember you can center yourself
You can center yourself
You can practice having a clear mind
For me, in the mornings IS NOT the time I have a clear mind
but that's where I work on it
I do this
I set time aside to study even when I don't want to or think I don't have the time
I have to make the time, or it will not get done some days.
To be in balance
What do you need to aid you in your balance Jedi?
How can you balance what you see as representations of the world that can cloud our understanding?
It sounds much more manageable when you type it out like that or say it out loud?
How do you balance what you - see hear touch smell and do?
Who is in charge of what you do?
Who is in charge of what you smell?
Who is in charge of what you see?
Who is in charge of what you hear?
Who is in charge of what you taste?
Who is in charge of what you touch?
When you ask like that, the answer is most obviously - you. (edited)
Where does your balance lay with these? These are just our senses. The basic ones too. (edited)
Thats not even including emotions.
Where do you center yourself
Where do you find your balance
Balance can be a daily thing
A clear mind is one of the hardest things to manage
Some people call it a type of mind that is restless or as a monkey- the Monkey Mind
Our representations or our idea of the world drive our focus some days.
Our perspectives can often overlap in good ways and in conflicting ways as well.
We can share perspectives as easily as we can create strife with them.
I want to encourage every Jedi- Keep meditation and good old fashion thinking as a way to balance out our everyday
Jedi Teaching 2 follows Teaching 1 in thought: To be in balance, the Jedi practice clarity of mind. Aware that representations of the world can cloud our understanding, the Jedi center their awareness through the practice of meditation and contemplation.
Be aware Jedi.
Be aware that we can strive for a clear mind.
We can have a balance.
Modern Psychology always reminds you to create in your own path schedules and moments or "time" to think and to pay attention.
We as Jedi say reflect (edited)
You have the ability.
To be in balance is to sometimes know you are off kilt.
Take the time to think
before you do anything
pray
think
sing
read
Do nothing
do what you
but do it Jedi
Begin a new everyday
Create a present balance with everything anew.
funny thing balance, it's always present and its always best fresh - like PIE
Yes I said it - our balance can be like pie
We can make it as easily or break it easily or, share it just as easily if we have it
We can also keep it to our self and not share, that's always an option too
So today, I ask you Jedi everywhere, are you working on your balance? What's your center like Jedi? Where is it? Do you take time to STOP before you act, or can you begin to see where that time is important? What's up with your mornings and your beginnings Jedi? Have you chosen them yet? (edited)
Please please please
try as Jedi to start with thinking and meditation.
To be in balance, the Jedi practice clarity of mind. Aware that representations of the world can cloud our understanding, the Jedi center their awareness through the practice of meditation and contemplation.
Practice clarity of mind
We can have clarity of mind.
It can come automatically if we practice but we MUST practice, some people will receive it instantly, Its never instant and its never just because. There are always reasons for things happening in life. If you prepare, you will be aware. (edited)
Be prepared Jedi.
Be prepared for life and for your day and for your week (edited)
This week's Monday Morning Meditation is Jedi Teaching number 2
Share it with everybody.
give it away like candy
It is the exact opposite of the old pirate saying, "Take what you can, give nothing back."
Keep to the code
but it is the same idea " keep to the code" is like saying remember your "philosophy and doctrine. "
I had an old local boxing coach yell at me from his office all the time "Re- MEMBA yo' CENTA!" Remember your center.
Remember your center Jedi.
Remember, you are the one who can choose what where and how we return.
It matters.
It matters.
It matters.
I said it three time just for emphasis.
So May the Force be with y'all this week, and may you find that which you seek Jedi.
Pastor Carlos
I am here and on site if you have any need or concern or wish to challenge me to a 1on1 in some basketball hoops- first one to 5 wins.
Just joking, I would pull something the first few seconds we play!
So, this week- remember teaching 2.
pass it along if you like and May the Force be with y'all wherever y'all are.

Jedi teaching number 3 comes from one and two: 3- Jedi maintain a clarity of awareness that all events are interconnected. The balance of the Force is a flowing continuum; it flows around us and through us, allowing us to adapt to change arising in its eternal cycles of creation and renewal.
Hello Jedi, everywhere.
Today's Monday morning Meditation is simply this: There is a flow all to "ITS" self.
The balance of the Force is a flowing continuum.
a coherent whole characterized as a collection, sequence, or progression of values or elements varying by minute degrees.
One idea is that the Force and we are made of many parts.
There are so many levels - presently.
One of the ideas and books Joseph Campbell is know for is the ever popular " The Hero with a thousand faces."
If you ever watch a Star Wars - you will notice one of the very beginning elements is the review or the showing of all the "Masks" in the movie or screenplay- they flash very quickly and are different colors for a reason.
This is a homage to this very idea.
In the Star Wars, it is in everything.
Why?
Why does this one element of development keep reoccurring?
All events are interconnected.
Our beginning as Jedi can be this very idea that as the main character or the Hero can be on any ANY part of this development in their own and in someone else's life.
At any given time, someone is beginning a new journey as someone is finishing one as someone is IN IT as someone is getting out of the proverbial IT.
There is a VASTNESS to life we can never fully control
We are connected by something much greater than those things we are connected to.
We as Jedi call it the Force.
If it connects us- it's the Force - if it separates- it is connected BY the Force
It's pretty easy when you use an idea like this, in this way.
The North Star stay constant to us by its inconsistency.
The North Star or Polaris is not a single thing. Did you know this? Well, now you do, and it is in the glow of a few heavily lights that we get ONE light.
We still sail with Polaris.
To understand the Force is to understand what it does- what it doesn't do and how others see it and use it. In that entire ball of answers, yea, our own ideas are just a small part of what IS..
This is the potential of life and of the human and of the Force.
The Force flows though us - how?
Where in our own life does this Force flow?
By our actions and intent
There is where we find the Force at times - behind our intent.
it is our intent that makes the "flavor" or the modes of what we do.
"...adapt to change arising in its eternal cycles of creation and renewal."
ADAPT Jedi adapt.
Change is constant.
The present is unknown.
Till you apply the present, even then, some will not know your intentions.
If I may go out on a limb here and say ...Our intention as Jedi can be the awareness that we ARE connected.
This in itself, changes lifes - I have seen it firsthand.
The more we are aware - things change.
So, this is a reminder this week Jedi everywhere: We are connected.
We are connected to one another.
We are NOT all on the same path presently.
Some of us share focus and understanding.
It is in this flow of things that we seek that which we call the Force.
Here we find each other.
Be aware of the Force's flow of things.
It is there.
Remember that things renew.
Things restart as does journeys we take in life.
Old ways turn into new ways and old friends make way for new ones. It is the flow of change that keeps a Jedi fresh.
In the journey of life, we develop, or we grow stag. It is up to us as Jedi where we get our doctrine and philosophies.
Be very careful where you get your myth and who your yoked with.
Your actions matter to the world and your actions matter to those you are in contact with every day.
I still have friends that are bad for me in my own path - I have not gotten rid of all of them. Some of the people in my own path were part of my own culture and life so sometimes making new friends was a task bigger than I could handle.
Start Jedi.
Start something.
You do not have to start perfect, just start.
Start noticing we are connected.
Write it down and see where the Force actually dwells or if you dwell with it.
Check yourself.
AID one another but check yourself often.
Today is the only flow that's fresh - What was yesterday is no longer today?
Today is fresh from the oven.
Please know that as Pastor, I want to encourage Jedi to remember these things. Write them in your Mind - heart- soul or on your wall - paper or screen.
Our memories are amazing.
There is a magic in remembering we are connected
It can change the way you view others.
It can change the way you view the world.
The balance we aim for is "present. "
It is there for the taking.
Receive and seek understanding.
Try to understand why awareness changes things and how it can.
Know that as soon as you grasp the present moment - it's gone and what is in its place is what can be filled with everything current.
This still blows my mind.
"Jedi maintain a clarity of awareness that all events are interconnected. The balance of the Force is a flowing continuum; it flows around us and through us, allowing us to adapt to change arising in its eternal cycles of creation and renewal. "
Any questions?
Please know that as life happens - so does our path. They are attached as we are attached as I am attached to everything IN the Force. This is my choice, and it happens with or without me.
Life can happen with or without you.
You can be reluctant to most everything in life.
You can.
There is a flow that breaks dams in our stagnated paths.
It is remembering we are not the only ones in this world.
We are not.
and...
We are all connected.
To understand this is to understand a bit more in life and I am ok with that as well.
This is a basic in the Jedi way.
We, as Jedi believe In the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
This in itself changes everything.
The idea that we are equal.
That we are subject to the Force equally
That we are all human first then whatever else next.
It is in the human factor and the human possibility that we find todays gift of the Force.
I think of it as a gift to understand the Force in this way.
It can create a glow all on its own and it does.
So, I leave those present and those who will be with this, know there's a difference and know that we are the same. In knowing this, your world will change. Knowing we draw from the same fountain but different cups or vessels is an age old idea.
You thought being a Jedi and the Jedi way was new?
Nope
Nothing we as Jedi do is special or exclusive by handshake or permission only - nope - wrong again!!!
Everything that is possible is available.
This is the human potential.
We can do just as good = bad or we can do just the same as someone else who has done it.
If it is in the realm of human possibility, it can be done.
You can be more aware.
You can live - study and teach that there is a inherent worth for all.
May the Force be with every Jedi.
Thank you, Pastor Carlos

I wish we were LIVE and you could have a cup of tea or coffee or even a cold soda today.
Today is a fairly simple idea and yet complex.
There is an idea we share with the world.
Every idea we have here on site as Jedi- everything we do or seek or strive for, is not anything new.
If anything, what we do is old.
To give one another the "equal" mark as inherent worth is not a movie thing or even a thing of fantasy.
What we do here is develop the human.
There is something Jedi share with the world and those around us.
We live in the ordinary world.
We do.
We do not live in the cinema world.
We do not live in the land of make-believe.
What we have are a set of ideas or ethos we hope for.
One of these ideas is the teaching that we - as humans- attach "US" to everything.
It is human nature to want to be in EVERYTHING.
To want to be a part.
As humans, we often attach to things we frequent.
Nonattachment is not the passive or apathetic quality.
Nonattachment is practiced by everyone.
There is quite possibly, equally, if not more ways to unplug or unattached to things than you think.
But why is it an order of importance?
As life happens, there is an ebb and a flow to things.
The Force has its own ebb and flow of things.
Things happen in life, expect them to happen.
Expect things to break down or things to need replacement or even expect change.
It is in this flow of change or in flow that is important to know.
Things will move and change and grow and be torn down or fall apart or just readjust one way or another.
By knowing all this, things change often, we remind one another to practice not to attach to too much.
I remind others that things will change.
Often
and they do
it's the grip or the attachment to things that gets us.
Funny thing- nonattachment does not require you to go into a cave or find an island to disappear to.
This is our secret- you don't need a cave.
to practice nonattachment, I thought you had to cut yourself off of everything and go cold turkey when it comes to noncatchment.
Now, I remind others that life is full.
Don't get stuck.
We as humans often get stuck on things.
If you are anything like me, and we are inherently equal so, you are- I often forget.
One of the best things I want to pass to one another as Jedi is the idea and the reminder " The Hero often forgets."
It is in this idea that we can forget our ways and paths.
Even in the seek of development, we can become too attached to things.
We can become dependent on one-to-many things and our attention can be lost
Here are a few ways others practice nonattachment.
For those who fall under the Abrahamic faith- you pray- early in the morning
There are many people who "give their cares" to their deity or their chosen place. Some people lay burdens down in different ways.
It is the burden of the worry and stress that can cause us to lose focus or even joy - bliss and direction.
Our own worry can ware things out or even tear them down.
Where does that worry, and stress go as Jedi?
It goes into our circles of attachment.
Too much is too much and too much can create strife and worry and harm
"Far from being a detached state, nonattachment is something that arises when we are truly present and not caught up in the automatic process of fixating on things being better or worse than what they are at any given moment. Nonattachment is aligned with psychological maturity and insight into the ever-changing nature of experience and the futility of trying to control it." Richard Whitehead Ph.D.
We are reminded as Jedi that these things exist, and we all are subject to them.
Practice nonattachment.
Recognize or identify your own attachments.
Some attachments are needed and some are natural and some keep us in a state that can be harmful.
" Only you know what can be harmful and only you know the level at which you operate."
1 - Identify for yourself where your attention and ZEAL goes - who has your saber Jedi and what draws it out?
Complete tasks
Find things you can do and complete
Make a habit of closing up the loop or tie things up or finishing things and completing them.
3 - have a set or a way or practicing moderation
Oh, I know - the "M" word !
Have a level of which you agree with, and you can grow with.
Know the limits at which you operate.
4- Remember - allow your feeling and your emotion to exist and know what they are as often as you can identify them
It is no fair to do anything blindly.
Blindly doing anything is dangerous.
even LOVE
especially love, look what it did for Anakin
This is the idea.
We do not want others or us, to be controlled or LORD 'ed over by these type of things.
Jedi are amazing.
The warning - heed- and decree is this - be careful and know what you are getting into. Concentrate and think and know where and what you are Jedi.
Know your limits and know that in life we can take time for the important things.
We can think everything is important.
It can be.
and the focus of this very thing can become a obsession as quickly as it can be found
So, Jedi everywhere, be careful who and what you attach yourself to.
Know where your myth comes from.
Know what you seek.
Take the time to know.
" Jedi practise non-attachment, maintaining an awareness that the cycles of creativity and renewal in the Force give rise to phenomena as others pass away. "
There is a flow of life and of the Force, but it does not belong to us.
Knowing this, that we can attach and unplug at any given time can change the things we hold tight and too tight.
Pay attention to where and what and who -we yoke up with.
It matters.
Jedi matter and so does your path
It matters to the world and to the circles you influence by your very presence.
It is the circles we interact with or the people we frequent that are our own circles of life.
So, this week Jedi, practice nonattachment some way shape or form but be careful to not get to attached - even to the method of observation.
I will be here on Discord for those who need, and I will be on site.
May the Force be with you

"Jedi feel the Force. We are aware of its omnipresence and its flow. We endeavor to live in balance with it as it manifests in all worldly phenomena, the dynamic equilibrium of its flow which transcends space-time from the smallest quark to the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Living in balance with The Force is the core value of a Jedi."
Good morning and happy week Jedi everywhere -We, as Jedi, Believe: In the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
Jedi teaching one states this ...
The Force binds us.
If it binds us, it is of the Force.
If it separates, it is bound by the Force.
One of the ideas we have a Jedi is balance and the Force.
I offer these three questions as meditation for today.
What does your life revolve around? What and where are the actual "cotter pins" of life for you in your own path? What keeps it together?
That's the first question, I do know it has a few parts, but the idea is; where does your life revolve around in actuality? Where are the hubs and centers of your path?
Second question is this, is the Force anywhere near those sections or crossroads?
Does the Force flow or are we aware of it. Does the Force have a place in this flow? The second question is this, do the hubs of life cross and what we believe - cross?
Are we aware of the Flow of the Force? Can we see it in our own paths?
Where?
The last question is this - Do we want what we seek and find?
Question number one- Where does your balance focus on? Where does your life revolve around? Where is that center idea?
Second question- Do the connections or crossroads of what we believe, cross?
Does what we believe in the Force and where we connect to life the same?
Do they coincide?
Are they the same?
The last question is this - What is a core value of your own?
Do you know your own core values?
"Jedi feel the Force. We are aware of its omnipresence and its flow. We endeavor to live in balance with it as it manifests in all worldly phenomena, the dynamic equilibrium of its flow which transcends space-time from the smallest quark to the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Living in balance with The Force is the core value of a Jedi."
This is Jedi teaching number one.
If you like, take some time to think about these things. Three easy questions for you to think about.

Good morning and good day Jedi - today's three questions are for Jedi teaching 2.
Teaching two reminds us as Jedi to maintain a clear mind.
I am reminded by my own mentor and mentors that a clear mind is not one that is empty or has nothing in it.
A clear mind is not an empty one.
The idea is not to impede perception.
SO - as you read or listen to these teachings - here are three questions to ask yourself as you spend this designated time - if you like.
Questions one is simple enough but needs a truthful answer to be effective.
Question one: How do I reach a clear state of mind?
Questions two: Does perception change our state of mind?
Questions three: How do I clear my mind?
The reminder to practice clarity of mind is present but at the same time, please understand what it is.
It is often said that a clear mind is best and that the opposite is a stressed - packed- full mind with no way to operate.
The idea this week Jedi is to remind you, as you live and study, our minds can get full.
We fill them.
What do we fill our own minds with Jedi?
A clear mind can be a mind ready.
There are things that keep us in a state of confusion and disarray.
If our minds are like paintbrushes when it comes to a clear mind, then lean and present means you're ready for today or what is at hand. Thats all.
The ability to concentrate or give time for things is one that is worth its weight in gold.
Our teaching reminds us of our goals.
One of those common goals is to find a healthy - better - balance.
Meditate
Think
Designate time to do it.
Become a part of what exist today.
We often- as humans- dwell in the past or the future, rarely in the moment that exist now.
One of the best balances I have found is that of the present.
If you need some encouragement- be present as often as you can.
This idea comes with the teaching.
Find your center.
Build it, by giving it attention.
To dwell in the present is to build now.
To fear the future or the past can leave us in a state we don't want to be in.
It can create doubt and even undo much.
We know this.
So, this week - think about it of you like.
3 questions to think about if you like as you remember the Teaching we share.
* Question one: How do I reach a clear state of mind?
* Questions two: Does perception change our state of mind?
* Questions three: How do I clear my mind?
If we reflect, do we recognize our own current state of mind?
What's it at Jedi? May the Force be with you. I am available here all day for those who have need or wish to chat.
If you have any comments or concerns or wish to chat about today's teaching - feel free here

Teaching number four- Jedi practice non-attachment, maintaining an awareness that the cycles of creativity and renewal in the Force give rise to phenomena as others pass away.
I have three questions to ask in meditation or in thought.
I will ask like this- What is nonattachment?
What are we attaching ourselves to?
Once we find our own attachments, can we live without them?
As humans, we have this practice of thinking about things in the future or in the past.
It is one practice I have had to learn to "UN LEARN."
There are days I become so in a mode of preparation, I no longer live in the moment or the present.
There is a level of "On guard" that can become the offensive or even the aggressor.
.
Some of the things that can keep us from development or even the present moment is that of worry and fear.
Worry and fear are what we as Jedi are all subject to.
It is this state, which, we remind others does not have to exist.
As Jedi, we are given the idea - be aware of your attachments and even further is to practice selflessness and non-attachment.
If we look around us, we will see plants, trees and animals. There is very little care or attention to future or worry like that of the human.
There is fear and worry present, but I will tell you this, not like we do it.
There is a state that can keep you almost, hopeless.
I read this the other day and I hope it helps to relay the message. "Our attachments and our disease with the present moment are so ubiquitous, that almost all self-focused thinking involves wanting things to be better, or worrying about things that have happened or will happen. Rarely are they focused on the appreciation of the present moment." Richard Whitehead Ph.D.
Enter into the present.
There are benefits.
What can you do with a perspective shift in your life about suffering and worry and fear? What does a life look like without it or less attached?
There will always be fear and worry.
Anxiety can come from the past or the future.
It can be ... heightened by our attention and perspectives.
The inner voice we often have is fear or worry.
The biggest and most influential idea given to me is this, anxiety can be overcome.
By understanding who we are and how our brain actually works, I hope we can create a better and bigger understanding of things and our world around us.
The present moment is important and fleeting.
The benefits of non-attachment are literally less stress and more communication. More understanding but a different type of understanding.
Are you ready for it?
Is there a different perspective than that of our own? Can it help or harm us?
Feel free to think about these things and then... as they say - let it go.
There are some days I get frustrated with non-attachment.
Recently- chatting with my own mentor I told him - find things is like, just catch the concepts then release them.
Return to a place you can let go.
This is my recommendation,
As a Jedi - I personally have times to unplug.
I have to some days.
Consuming media and the "vibe" of things has created a direction I no longer return to.
There can be things we return to and things we no longer return to.
It is my hope we frequent less things like worry, fret and fear. They are Jedi slayers.
Practice nonattachment.
Find someone who practices it.
Could you identify it if it was right in front of you?
So here are a few ideas this week if you like from our Jedi teachings.
The Force binds.
If it does not bind, it is bound by the Force.
Practice nonattachment
Find those who do.
When attached, that's when we see or notice the "sick" or the area of our path that needs attention or- non attention.
I leave you with this old saying...
Acknowledge your feelings and attachments then, let them go.
Let it go
May the Force be with you,
