i was being sarcastic - its a huge file - in small text as well

I'll get my father to check it over for completeness but im sure its all there - the contents page i looked over seemed to have most if not all of it - but perhaps BrJohn has a 'different' version to compare it too - though i suspect its the same assuming your copy was originally on thte totjo server anyway.
