The Council of the Temple of the Jedi Order has changed the formatting on the Doctrine page for The Code from this:

The Code

Emotion, yet peace.
Ignorance, yet knowledge.
Passion, yet serenity.
Chaos, yet harmony.
Death, yet the Force.

Orthodox Code:
There is no Emotion; There is Peace.
There is no Ignorance; There is Knowledge.
There is no Passion; There is Serenity.
There is no Chaos: There is Harmony.
There is no Death; There is the Force.

To this:

The Code

The Jedi Code comes in two versions which are different ways of understanding the same teaching.

Emotion, yet peace. There is no Emotion; There is Peace.
Ignorance, yet knowledgeThere is no Ignorance; There is Knowledge
Passion, yet serenityThere is no Passion; There is Serenity
Chaos, yet harmonyThere is no Chaos: There is Harmony.
Death, yet the Force. There is no Death; There is the Force.

The content has remained identical, this is just to clear up some confusion members and guests can have about the difference in title. "Orthodox" is not only something which doesn't appear in the wider Jedi community but since the word carries specific meaning one of the codes can be seen as 'different' or 'subordinate' when in fact both versions are two ways of understanding the same teaching.

They are now equally presented on the page rather than one perhaps being seen as above or below the other.

Of course now we might get people thinking that one is left wing and the other right wing :P :silly:
