Sport(s) and the "Flow" state

I really love the threads on Music and Art here at the Temple and thought I'd post some sports videos which I think are great examples of something very similar (but different).
I'm very wary of over-analysing this so I'll just leave a link to what "Flow" states are ( here ) and post a few videos. Please do post others!

I was wondering yesterday how the state of matter known as liquid is probably more accurately considered an illusion :S :blink:

So I guess the same thing happens in perception :lol:

Which sort of makes me full of hot air :blush:

And we're mostly liquid anyway - clever stuff: water

what i dont underatand is how we are fire

at a physiological level i mean

we are carbon based and mostly water and we breath air and need it at every level of our bodies but wheres the fire?

is our fire element purely psychogical?
does anyone know?

Good question OB1. I always assumed it was a "primitive" way of understanding where the heat of the body came from. A fever (or inflammation - literally engulfed in fire) being an excess of fire elements and a chill, being a lack. But I'd be interested to know the right answer . . .
