Bloody windy, out on the ridge this morning. Our walk was indeed challenging but must have done me some good coz I'm sssssooooooooo very hungry now....

This is very good you are doing this. You are replacing an unhealthy habit with a healthy one, and changing things in your environment to help support this change.

There is nothing like a good walk. I do all my best thinking while striding out. It's almost like we were designed for it. 2 miles every day before work. (Would like more but work and family restrict). Keep it up!

Small steps..is good advice, I shoild probably take myself. As I was reading your posts I was feeling as though I was writting them myself...need for a change, feeling as though there is something missing. Thank you for putting it into words and giving me the inspiration to do instead of wish. Good luck with your journey. Please keep us posted.

NO walk today but work ahead and being a beauty therapist, no doubt my bosses have booked in several massages, which will give me a good work out too.
