My Mom was created by

My fellow jedi,

my mother has had a colon problem. they are fearful it might be cancer or worse, she is currently in the hospital for a few days. They very likely might have to remove a part of her colon. If they have to do surgury it will be bad as she has an immune deficency called neuro fibrosis (i don't even want to guess how to spell it right. i usually don't pronounce it right...)- so if she gets infection it will be bad news.
she could use some good force energies.

i pray she will be ok. cancer is a scary thing my father had it twice but is still kicking around, i hope she will have the same outcome. MTFBWY and her through this.

after a half a week in the hospital they diagnosed her with several issues- none life threatening for the moment.
she has been sent home and is on a clear liquid diet. she isn't out of the woods but is much better.

Your thoughts and prayers were very much appreciated by both myself and her.
May the force be with you all.

now if we can just figure out how to make a pizza into a clear liquid...

thank you br. DAN, she is doing better. her doctor said in a week she'll be on soft foods like pudding, rice, and banannas. and in a month she'll be on normal foods. she's already written on the calendar what meals she's having which days.

i guess those liquid diets are no fun- her doctor told her if she \"couldn't read his instructions throught it- don't drink it\".

I am glad to here that she is doing better, but I will keep her in my prayers... I'm uncertain if what you said your mother has is Neurofibromatosis, if so, let me know, I can foward you some information and the main website for the National organization. Gillian Anderson from the X-File's brother has NF and over the years GA's Website has drawn many to the attention of NF.

she's up graded to a better diet called \"BRAT\" meaning nothing i'd really call food- more like sides. but is doing much better. the doctor told her it would be month's untill she's back up to full but she is doing good.

yes she does have Neurofibromatosis, (i'm glad you know how to spell it!

) i would be interested very much in that link.
