My fellow jedi

I have recently read the old forum about the strange dreams that some of us have experienced, and I wish to let my fellow jedi know that i have some experience in the past with understanding dreams and wish to help any of my jedi with any dreams the need help to understand

Do I have a strange dream for you my friend. So there I am, in my favorite kabob house heading for the men’s room, I knock on the door first as is my habit, and when I think it's clear, I open the door. Low and behold, sitting on the toilet reading a newspaper is a human size cockroach. I raise one eyebrow and say \" Kafka?\" To which he replies, \"Retail's a b@#$h\". That's about the strangest dream I've ever had. I've had others, but this one stands out as the most random.

I've got something related to dreams and really, my first experience that I began to believe that there was something within all of us that is great (i.e. the Force). When my wife (then just my girlfriend) got pregnant at the young age of 15 with my child ( I was 17), we were a little in shock. Both of us though we were prepared, and looking back have done as good a job as we could have at that age, or any age. Anyways the point- we took a sort of baby poll, where we put the doctors forcasted due date, and all the dates around it, and let people kind of bet on when she would have the baby (we didn't find out what it was), what she would have, what time and the size both lenght and weight of the baby. Each category was awarded points on the closest and the person with the most points won half the money, the other half went to the Mommy for baby stuff. She and I were split up around the time she was supposed to have the baby, but I was at school on about tuesday when the doctors said if she hadn't had it by then, they would induce her on Friday. Well that tuesday I was sitting in class and they were talking about an assignment on thursday. When asked what I was doing it on, I said I don't know, I'm not going to be here anyways. When asked why I wouldn't be there, I simply replied that Cj was going to have the baby on thursday. The teacher then said \"I thought you said she was being induced on friday\" to which I replied, she is supposed to but she's gonna have it on Thursday. I don't know why, but I knew she was going to have it then, and it hit me all at once, sitting right there in class. I even predicted that day in class that it would be a girl, to which I was also right.

Since then I've guessed correctly, every birth of close friends or relatives, and my son, what they were having before they found out. Untill last week. I should start this by saying that my wife, my sister, two sister in laws and my next door neighbor are all pregnant at this time.(Its in the water I think) I could not get any kind of feeling as to what we were having before my wife went to the doctor. Previous to this by about 3 weeks my son kept saying it was going to be a boy, untill one night he had a dream it was a girl, and since then he knew it. Turns out last friday, the doc confirmed that my son was correct. Its funny as a kid, you are so open to believe so much that the truth flows more freely though them. Maybe I passed my \"special\" ability ( or luck) on to him, who knows.

you seem to have a natural ability to hear the force
if you can continue to keep your mind clear the force will continue to tell you about the future Dhagon Krayt do not dismiss any dreams you have as they often have hidden meanings in them that are of great importantance to you which the force is trying to tell you, you need to address. force sensitivity passed down through generations is not uncommon and you should embrace your son of his gift.

I have actually kept a dream journal from time to time and use a dream dictionary to go over what the possible meaning might be for whatever I dreamed. The sub-conscience is amazing...... I would suggest writting your dreams down, they just might surprise you. You never know what the Force may have to show you.

I don't know. I looked at one of those \"dictionaries\" and everything just seemed to point to sex. I decided it was just crap and will just let my dreams continue to scare, amuse, or make me think.

I agree with jeff keep a journal of your dreams you never know what the force is trying to tell you ( could be the lotto numbers) but be mindful of your thoughts they can betray you

Serric, the dream dictionary I have doesn't do that. It is very insightful. I'll have to post the title and author here for you.
