Day 4: I got about 5 minutes for the Tai Chi. It wasn’t my best work and still a bit painful. 5 minutes on a breathing exercise.

Did my ~30 mins of Corpse Yoga while waiting to leave for work. Not sure exact time, it loses meaning once you get into that trance.
