Have you heard of the book Eastern Body Western Mind?
That's like the Chakra bible... It's gigantic!

A basic general outline covering each one, (location, uses, etc) would be useful for individuals unfamiliar with them. Anodea Judiths "wheels of life" is an excellent book on the subject as well.

Nie gung aka iron shirt...believe it or not this is something I discovered and developed well before I learned what it was I was doing...while being fairly adept I'm no where near the level of mantak chia or the shaolin monks...

As to the chakras I have some info on them in terms of opening them, what they deal with and where they're located...

Most likely since there are several metaphysical things I just sort of discovered naturally....it probably doesn't hurt to be open minded...and have a natural curiosity to experimenting...

Thanks for this Connor. I've spent a good deal of time since I discovered TOTJO going "Oh!! So that's what I'm doing when (insert weirdness here) happens". Its nice to know that there is some kind of tangible if not provable explanation, and great to have a frame work to start from.

I've got a sizeable collection of mantak chia ebooks if anyone is looking for/interested in the material...I also think there's a few of them in the totjo library (though not certain)

Because it was probably written before you even joined the site. August 2013 is ages ago in online time. lol. The updated version was finished last night. Took out a lot and replaced a lot. Still good, though.
