All of you US members past and present, listen up. All of you will have, or have gone through the VA for disability claims. You can look up the forms the doctors use to approve or deny your disability eligibility and the percentage that you'll be rated. These are called the Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). The doctors are often looking for key words or specific discussions on your symptoms. For example, if you are claiming migraines, but do not tell them they are prostrating (knock you flat on your back), they may not rate you at the level you deserve. These also give you the capabilities to look up some of the jargon and be able to know exactly what they're asking and what does or does not fit your symptoms and capabilities.
Here's where to find them. There's a few that either have broken links or aren't updated yet so some more Googlefu is needed but it's got most of 'em.
