I am! I've just set another 100 day challenge for myself, but I'll be glad to accompany team noob for the first 30 :-)

This bite-sized version seems more managable for me at the moment. I'd be with you if this became a thing. :)

Ok, Noob question...

What does this actually entail...?
I've tried finding the original 100 days posts but have failed...
And can new Noobs play too? :)

This can be any attainable goal and is highly individual. For me this'll be daily push-ups, a low-carb diet 6 days a week and 15-20 minutes of meditation per day, for example.

1. No more than one glass of wine....
2. Cycle round the block once a day (my 'block' is about 5 miles)
3. 30 min on meditation or alternatively Initiate programme study...

I like this 30-day timeframe. With a shorter timeframe than 100 days, I'm less likely than I'd otherwise be to slough off a day's effort, reasoning that there's plenty of time to make up the difference later.

Is it suitable to set a 30-day goal, as opposed to committing to do x minutes or repetitions of an activity every day? I have a long-term goal related to the number of pullups I can do, and can set a target for how far along I want to be in 30 days - but as some of my workouts involve pullups and others involve complementary exercises, I won't be doing pullups every day.

Good question , if you file them under *workout* it should be fine , you can do whatever you need to do that day and check in here that you are working on your goal :)
