I'm not able to get the link to work, but this reminds me of an experiment I tried a few years ago.

The challenge was to go 30-days without complaining. I had a bracelet which I would swap from wrist to wrist when I caught myself complaining. After 3 months, I only managed to go a day and a half without complaining!

It's a good idea to put ones thoughts about a link, or a summary of it, and not just link offsite in an OP, as the target site might go down, disappear, or not work for some other reason.... which reduces the usefulness of the thread.

I agree with it though, systematic negativity does set a crippled foundation for positive growth (in my experience having tried both!).
