Neither ranting nor grateful, this is a thread for finding the middle way - equilibrium.

As Jedi we know dichotomies are false in both directions. Here's a safe space in which to regain your centre.

A little good. A little bad. Both and neither. Allow yourself to work through whatever you're feeling, and let yourself settle back into the moment.

Like when people post in both threads about related things?

For example, the other day I posted in both about trolls. I ranted at the annoyance of them and the waste of their own time but I also posted in the grateful thread that I have learned to laugh at them rather than get really angry.

Is that kind of what you're going for?

I think to be center at times I go far in my mind and for just thinking deep . About simple matters I kind put more links into my tough . witch slows me down in my life . Some times I feel like I became a cough potatoes . Into action of every day life and to focus on regular basis

I hope to be responsable enough to be healthy . So with responsibility I focus on reality . That way I don't lose time just thinking to far .

The force is strong and there is a lot .

Taking a nap helps. Sometimes listening to classical music or staring into the fish tank.
