I went for a job interview as a mechanic apprentice and didn't notice locking my keys in my car as I went in, afterwards realizing the mistake, I went back to the office and asked them to help me break into my car

my nephew locked my brother in law's keys in the truck...they called a locksmith...after he opened the door, he then closed the door and wound up locking the keys in again....

i've locked my keys in the ignition with the engine running once, and learned that any car without a window frame on the doors is really easy to get into....

That almost made me choke on my coffee! LOL

Ive developed this nasty habit of standing at our front door trying to use my car remote to unlock it... in my defense, its usually after my two long shift work days!

Brenna, I have totally caught myself doing the same thing! Trying to lock or unlock my front door with my car key fob. And then I stand there for a few seconds wondering why it's not beeping.

I once helped a women in a mall parking lot who was freaking out because she was locked inside her car with the keys. She had shut off the car and set the alarm while she was still sitting in the driver's seat. The alarm was going off and she was so panicked that she couldn't find the automatic door lock button to unlock them and get out. She was so grateful when she escaped that I couldn't even laugh.
