Ah! I forgot about this thread. Congrats, btw!

Here're my stats!
Started at 340 on July 1 2016 (I have had a crazy few years bouncing between 300 and 350)
Today, I'm at 325.5 lbs (so, lost 14.5 lbs this month, or about 3 lbs a week, sometimes more)
I'm thinking my second month will slow down to 2-2.5 lbs a week. So, I'm expecting to be 315 at the end of August.

I have a goal to be under 300 by the end of the year. My goal is to be 260 (the weight I entered college with 5 years ago) when I graduate next May. :)

B)

So. My diet is ever flexible. I tried to go vegetarian in order to be more ecologically conscious, but it resulted in my gaining 10 lbs in a couple of weeks. For damage control, I spent a while just trying to balance and stop the gain. I succeeded. Now, I am slowly getting back on keto to begin my weight loss again.

My blood sugar numbers are stable. Not normal. But, stable.

Perhaps I'll do a number check in in a month or so. But, never let the numbers rule your life. It's the process, not the product.
