Just wanted to put in my two cents...
As described in the original post, I am a Type A. I can, at will, produce the sensation you guys are talking about. Except I call it " feeling the Force ", and it's really quite simple.

Now that I think about it, I always have this feeling. I just have to "listen" to my body. The more I focus on it, the more it stands out. To me, it's a lot like white noise in that you know it's there, but, over time, you forget about it until you think about it again. That's what it is for me.
