So..
Ive recently been able to do a one handed pull up and a one handed push up.
Are there any other types of exercises that are trademark to a healthy and fit jedi?

Perhaps something like this is the next step for me?

Two, one-handed push ups, and two, one-handed pull ups?

Then shoot for three of each...;)

My one handed accomplishment was learning to write. :) Not very athletic but still a right handed accomplishment. ;)

Do you mean with or without using legs for the push up?

As to your question: the answer is no, there is not a signature Jedi exercise lest it be whatever works best for yourself! :)

With using legs, though I plan on training to not use legs as the original star wars had luke do.

Honestly, I just had to pop in to see what you guys were talking about.

Also, I'm jealous. I can't even do a two-handed pull up. My upper body is weak and noodley.

I can't even do a two-hand pull-up! Lol.

Still, this doesn't really qualify as an "exercise" per se but it could be useful to a Jedi or anyone for that matter. About a year ago I started training to become ambidextrous. I'm right handed by nature but I began putting my right hand behind my back and using only my left hand to do all the vital activities of the day. I sort of dropped off, but I think I'm going to start back up again. I was getting pretty good for a while there, its very freeing when you can use either hand. That little bit of extra flexibility feels good.

“Though, as the crusade presses on, I find myself altogether incapable of staying here in saftey while others shed their blood for such a noble and just cause. For surely must the Almighty be with us even in the sundering of our nation. I wonder if being healthy and fit = doing one handed pullups or pushups. When I was very much overweight (like, 100 pounds overweight), I could do a one handed push up (actually, 20 of them).

I had enormous strength over my own body. Now, could I do a pull up? No. Now can I? Yes, but that's a result of training, not a goal for me.

I hold my fork in my right hand. That works well for me. ;)

I do one arm lifts. Nothiing heavy but much more than the 12 & 16 oz curl. I find one hand lifts, though light by some standards, very stimulating. It gives the muscles, joints and bones something new to do.

20 one hand pushups! Very impressiive.

You're not a real Jedi until you can do this:
