Things like nicotine directly interact with neural circuitry and do cause addiction in many people... so while I think its ok to smoke, you'd want to be real with yourself and know you can stop by actually testing stopping. Otherwise I personally tend to consider addiction a bit of a weakness, as we have enough requirements as it is; air, water, internet
, food, sleep, trust, shelter etc. Things cost so much I would not want to need anything else!!!

I beg to differ. Of course that depends on how you define "attractive".

I stopped smoking after 15 years. Best thing I have done, I must say this. If you really want to then listen to what you want to do. The only way to be free is to understand yourself and believe in yourself
