As he is currently in violation for not reporting his whereabouts to proper authorities I am rebroadcasting this info.

Frankly, I am appalled and disgusted that this information has not been dissiminated sooner as the whistleblower did due diligence in this matter. For the record I have NO tolerance for child predators and I wished our laws allowed for them to be stoned to death in our cities for public viewing. That being said. If you are a minor and the so-called "Brother Hornbeck" or "Master" or "Reverend" or whatever this scum goes by has approached you for mentoring or pursued further conversation with you even after he knew you were a minor please ask your parents or an adult you trust to pursue this matter further.
