I'm so glad I came across this video, as I'm one of those people who often has difficulty reading between the lines, and so its nice to have things actually spelled out for me, so that I don't keep making the same mistake over and over when a friend is in a bad spot.

Great video! Thank you for sharing!! When I was younger I struggled with the difference between empathy and sympathy. Wish I had seen this video then.
