There aren't any. It's kind of sad. And makes me really, really mad.

Please stop trying to guilt trip me. I will do it in my own time, when I want to, it's not going anywhere. I know you mean well, but it's p-ing me off.

It is very sad. I had to drive an hour and a half to catch a plane yesterday, and I listened to Bluesville on Sirius the whole time. They're playing B. B. all weekend. There's still some good blues players out there...Gary Clark Jr, Doyle Bramhall. But, nobody can replace B. B. Thank goodness we still have his music.

This is sort of a sorrowful rant ... This thread is now 39 pages. The Grateful Thread is but 9. :huh:

Here's a thought to all of us (me too) who contribute here regularly :

Why don't we take an hour (or two) and count the number of times we have ranted. Then lets take a few minutes and see how often we've expressed gratitude. It is pretty rare that this particular thread gets off the first page of the Recent Posts ... At least the Grateful Thread was only three pages back ... Seven rants from just today, twelve since the last post of gratitude.

Then again, let's not do that ... :dry:

It isn't as though we are a Jedi Temple or anything.

As social media and cell phones become more common so will the gossip, lies, and hate. Because now! to care for some is to stop texting, trending, video capturing, and all around chatting via electronics. Its become THAT HARD to to just put it down and live our lives

Now if you'll excuse me I have to go check my Clash of Clans game...

Ranting is about needing to let off steam, you don't need that with being grateful because the feeling of gratitude is peaceful.

Ain't that right?

I'd rather rant here, in the safety of my family, than out in public after days of bottling it up and it explodes in an unsafe way.
