Northern Shaolin Kung Fu under students of the late grandmaster Chian Ho Yin/Yin Chian Ho/Yin Qianhe. (In some ways his style was dissimilar to what you would normally see.)
Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan under those same people. (Again, different from what you would normally see in Wu Style.)
Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan through YMAA.
Qigong through both.
Moo Duk Kwan.
Some American Kickboxing. Some Olympic Judo. Some Aikido.

Weapons:

Bo Staff.
Guan Dao.
A very small bit of Jian.

I want to learn the following styles:

Chu Gar Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
Mei Hua Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
Kyokushin Karate.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Japanese Jiu Jitsu.

To respond to the topic,
Ranked styles were 10 years or longer
Shaolin Kempo 3rd degree black belt
Kempo Karate 2nd degree black belt
Taekwondo 2nd Dan

Dragon Kungfu 2 years
Kickboxing 20 years

Currently I am training for 3rd dan testing this Oct, well if i make it through the Aug pretest, howevver my practice is still all of the above styles blended together. I style jumped when i moved cities. What I like about Taekwondo is that through the kukkiwon anyone with my name, bday and black belt number can check up on me and see that through the kukkiwon I am the rank I claim which makes finding other kukkiwon related schools easier to find. (Only hitch is if i test for my 3rd dan and pass I will be a 3rd dan through my school but not recognized by the kukkiwon for as long as 6 months due to the paperwork of all the related tkd schools.

My greatest interest has been in philipino stick fighting. Divided into styles; Escrima, Kali, and Arnis. Why I dmire this style so much is because it is grounded in street fighting and still has traditional merits. Also has great transferable skills to knife and empty hand. Also the featured style of Jason Bourne and Liam Neeson in Taken (Hooyah).
Coupled with that style I train with the collapsible baton. It's easy to carry and I get to indulge my Jedi instincts when I whip it out, lol. I also am a big of the karambit knife. It's hooking capabilities make it Ideal for redirecting limbs and weapons.
Both weapons Ideal for ideal for concealed protection. However, if I'm going into an active battleground, that does not include firearms, I have to go with the Sai. I believe the Sai is the most underappreciated weapon in the community. It's compact, the range varies, it stabs, clubs, hooks, blocks, traps, and reduces the abilities of weapons three times it's size. At the very least the sai is an ideal side weapon to use with the sword.

There was a time after the sengoku era ended that Japanese police would carry a jo and a variation of the sai called a jiite (please forgive spelling). It was like a sai but only had one side prong and the "middle" was shorter and thicker. They carrried that combination so that they could more easily disarm and defeat bored drunken samurai without actually harming them as the samurai were still of a higher social status and harming them would have been bad, socially.
