they offer certification to teach the SEPS program to others

imo everyone should check this out, at least read the modules at your convenience, because the information is good

i think in the spinning hook kick tutorial by kwon kicker he explained the benefits of pointing your toes when you do this kick - the biggest thing is that it protects your achilles tendon from a pretty painful (and possolibly debilitating) injury

also it extends the range just a little bit and can slip past their gaurd at certain distances/angles

what i mean by "pointing your toes" is this; lift your knee up as if youre checking an incoming kick or just practicing a knee technique

now with your knee up, point your toes at the floor
