Overhead press
Deadlift

3xAMAP chin-up/pull-up
3xAMAP dip
1x30 Shrug
1x45 Calf raise
1x15: Crunch, leg lift, in-and-out

(3x5 was done with one set 40%, one 50%, and one 60%.)

Today was Chest and Calves

3 x 8 incline bench press
3 x 8 incline dumbbell press
3 x 8 flat bench press
3 x 8 flat bench dumbbell press
3 x 8 barbell calf raise
3 x 8 one-leg barbell calf raise

"Music" choice was the morning news. :)

Checking In...

40 minutes cycling... best track was 'Immigrant Song' by Led Zeppelin

Then, I did some yoga just because I didn't feel like I'd worked hard enough... 5 rounds of Surya Namaskara B

I did some push ups after that but I wasn't counting..

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

Okay, here goes :

this evening --

7 x 11 bench press : 75 kg
7 x 11 wide row : 75 kg
7 x 11 flies : 50 kg
7 x 11 triceps : 25 kg
7 x 11 biceps : 20 kg

then DINNER ! :P

3 x 8 wide-grip pull ups
3 x 8 dumbbell rows
3 x 12 hanging leg raises
3 x 12 bicycle crunches
3 x 12 ab wheel

Music choice was the news again, haha. :)

35 minutes running.. would have done longer but felt queasy..

No music today, catched up on the kabbalah classes instead.

3 x 8 side lateral raise
3 x 8 seated bent-over delt raise
3 x 8 barbell calf raise
3 x 8 one-leg barbell calf raise

Music choice was my rock and rap playlists :)
