I would like to write a little thoughts of my daily routine doing excercise.

Basically, all my life I've done sport and I'm very happy to do that, it's a preventive medicine against physical and psychological sickness.

When you are depressed, for me is an excellent way to feel good. Your body secretes serotonin and thats do that you feel better.

I think that sports show the temperament of the people, it is the compromise to do something to reach something, that is not always reached...and when the people don't get the "prize" then stop.

Some people ask me if I'm not tired after a full day of work; my response is: yes, of course! but I don't ask me if I'm tired, I never think of it, I just do it...

When I don't do my training session, that's because I have to help some member of my family to do something, or when I come back to home too late at night.

Usually I train 5 to 6 times a week, sometimes twice a day. I wake up and begin my martial training at 5am, and 2 times midweek I run at night. Weekend is for run a little more distance or faster. I feel good!

Thanks for read :)

I personally do yoga in my 'off' days because it's a way of doing something but it doesn't necessarily have to be too hard and you don't have to leave the house.

Yeah, I'm looking into a regular dance clique which would provide me with activity and be something I could consistently schedule for.

And Meditation.

I am slowly moving towards the 20's-sets. So long i haven't stabilized yet my sit-ups, i am not so fancy to increase my push ups so much.

Air squats will be part of my daily routine from now on, (in order to start running any time soon). I am slowly progressing to the sets of 20s in push ups but i haven't stabilized my daily sit ups yet.
Inspiration for the squats i took from this video.

Day 61 checking in

Ran 8.3k in 65 minutes (including the 5 minute cooldown) so very very pleased.

Was a bit harder than last time as I seem to have done something to my calf, but still made it so good enough.

Best track of the run was Slipknot 'Psychosocial'
