Hello, I've just registered for the site and I wish to start moving up in the ranks, it says to do this when you're 16 (Which I am) You need to contact a youth officer. I have no idea how I do that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

HI, I'm newly registered to TOTJO. The FAQ said to contact a youth officer to be allowed access to the youth section of the forums and also to start studies. I am also wondering how the various ceremonies are conducted as I do not decide within the USA.
